Best superstore in the town, fresh produces with affordable price. Their main attraction is the freshness of produces like vegetables, spinach, fruits, fish, meat etc. Besides most of the products are cheaper compared to other hypermarkets. Almost all items are available here, really enjoyable shopping experience.

Great place to buy vege in huge amount, no need to weigh because everything is weighed and labelled with price. Best time to get your supplies are Mondays and Tuesdays, freshly stocked and lesser people. Saturday and Sunday preferably not come here because competition is high.

Celery 3.90 per kg. Aik Cheong Ginger Tea 11.50. Coconut milk carton 1000ml 7 ringgit. Other supermarkets usually 10.50

Best place to hang out with family member for it has the Family Store market place to get your groceries. Food court is there to along with some other fast food chains like Marrybrown, Old Town White Coffee, etc. Well spaced parking. Easy access. There is also a fruits market for Durian lovers out front. Also for brides to be there is PISB where u can get all your weddding needs as in decorations.. no need for long trips to Nilai anymore. Still this place would be very nice if they offered Cinemas or indoor playground or maybe more option on shopping brands outlets. The 2nd floor is all empty except for the existence of Mr. DIY. Its thier anchor.

Family store is the main attention at the KiP Mart. The groceries are fresh so i always come here to buy fishes or chickens. Good place.

Lots of fresh vegetables at a great price. .. a bit crowded tho. . But great for bulk shopping of veggies band fruits
