A great gym with lovely, encouraging coaches, Fitness Grid gives you real results and good vibes (everyone there is warm and welcoming, unpretentious, and you feel like part of the team). Workout routines are great for all levels at a really good price. The workout varies every day ranging from functional training to strength and conditioning, with an added mix of cardio. Love the place, great location, highly recommend it.

I am so grateful to have a thoughtful personal trainer Kai Hoong for helping me on my journey in increasing my body strength.

I lost my health 10 years ago due to L5-S1 slipped disc degeneration and a miscarriage, and as I aged, I gradually lost my muscle mass and my strength.

With the knowledge of how our body is aging & the importance of muscle strength as we age, I have decided to look for a personal trainer to prepare myself for old age.

Kai Hoong, my PT, is a compassionate and cheerful person. He is always patient and gives me courage and provides the necessary workouts based on my inconsistent health and body condition.

Nowadays, I can settle more household chores and have a more active lifestyle.

Been attending the classes here close to 4 months, on average of 2 classes per week, and it never disappoints me. The gym is clean and classes are conducted in a small group so that the coaches could give close attention and guide you on your form. Just a heads up, the first few classes will definitely be intense but fret not if you can’t keep up. Keep going for their classes consistently and you will be amazed by your progress.

The coaches at Fitness Grid have different level of intensity but don’t worry, they are more than happy to guide, motivate and push you to be better in each session. Personally, I only had the chance to attend Coach Kai Hoong & Coach Stella’s classes and they’re really great.

The people here are really welcoming and friendly. They’ve made my fat loss & strength training journey a lot more enjoyable than I expected.

Been attending classes for 2 months. As a person who is slightly obese, thru guidance of Kai Hong I manage to lose 5kg of fat and gain 3kg of muscle in the short span of 2 month by following their advice and working out regularly about 3 times a week. They have helped improved my bad posture immensely!

I feel incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing fitness community and supportive coach to help me achieve my fitness goals.

From day one, I was greeted with warmth and encouragement from the staff and members at the gym. The facilities are top-notch and always clean and well-maintained. But what really sets this gym apart is the coaching.

I started my fitness journey at Fitness Grid on FEB 2023. It's been 6 months now since I started my workout out routine. I have been working out consistently 3 times a week. Fitness Grid is my happy place since I started my workout here. The environment is super friendly especially for those introvert like me hahaha. The certified trainers here are well equipped with fitness as well as nutrition knowledges. Kai Hoong is my first trainer and he has a very good coaching and communication skills which is very important for those who just started to workout. Stella is one of the female trainer here and she always been encouraging. Abby is everyone's happy pill here. She is fun, friendly & easy going. Working out in a comfortable environment can leads a good result on your fitness journey. My body weight was 53kg and now 48kg. Coach Yap and Darren is very professional in designing the workout programs. With the group class, each class really burn a lot and really feel my muscles. Highly recommend if you’re in the area looking for affordable PT and family like community gym

Finally found reasonable price PT at cheras area . My coach Yap & Darren helping me feel stronger and healthier, they are wonderful ppl and our conversations during our sessions leave me happier and less stressed.
