My recent visit. I was impressed by their expertise and professionalism. They took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and explained the diagnosis in a comprehensive manner, offering various treatment options. What truly stood out was their genuine care and patience when handling my cat, ensuring a stress-free experience for both of us. Moreover, they went above and beyond by providing practical advice to improve my cat's well-being and guidance on preventive measures. I highly recommend Dr. Ong, who truly cares for animals and consistently goes the extra mile.

A cat found its way into our home and bit off most of my bird's wing before we found him. I was worried not much could be done since a lot of blood was lost. We brought the bird here and they told us surgery needed to be done. It was costly, but understandably so. We were able to pick the bird up the day after leaving them for surgery. The staff were straightforward, informative and friendly. My bird is currently healing steadily and is happy to be reunited with their friend. Even though they won't be able to have flying competitions anymore, it's enough that they can stay be together. Additionally, my bird seems to like the medicine. They come take the medicine willingly, besides the one we need to apply on their wound 😅 Thank you so much for helping us, doctors 💕 An overall smooth experience. Recommended 🌟

EL's Veterinary Center is an outstanding place for pet care. I recently brought my cockatiels there for a check-up and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the doctor. She not only identified a worm and bacterial problem in my birds, but also took the time to explain the issue and the treatment plan in detail. The doctor was incredibly friendly and approachable which made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were all helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend EL's Veterinary Center to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care for their furry or feathered friends.

I sent my bird here because they have fever and look weak. Made my appointment here and got my appointment letter to facilitate journey to the clinic in case police asking (MCO).doctors treated her and analyse her poop and give her medication. I planned to bring her back for follow up please pray for my birds

I am so thankful for the expertise of the avian vets here and for the care they have given my busgies for two years now. I love that the clinic is clean and also a comfortable place to wait with your pets, especially during difficult and stressful moments. The staff are extremely friendly as well. I’ve met with three different doctors here: Dr Yap, Dr Abraham and Dr Zi Yan and their care has given me plenty of assurance. Dr Abraham and Dr Zi Yan are now both my go to doctors and Im very glad and thanful for them. My budgies are not hand tamed and yet theyve managed to look after them with gentleness and understanding without resorting to sedation, which other vet centers have suggested in the past. Keep up the great work. The distance to the clinic is very far for me but worth it because of the quality of care.

Very good service provided. Well explained by Vet of my rabbits condition. Provide Cataract treatment but a bit costly.

I brought my sugar glider for glaucoma treatment. Dr Abraham is really good, explaining in details. Unfortunately we cant save my suggie's eye and need to remove it surgically but the treatment is really good. The cost to me matched the services. Now I know where to bring my sugar glider for a treatment. Tqvm

My hedgehog underwent two surgeries, and I'm very grateful to Dr Abraham for treating her cancer. The surgeries were successful. Dr Abraham always provided honest advice, allowing my beloved pet to stay with me for many more months before she left for heaven.

Clean, good attitude and services. The doctor is friendly and able to provide professional solutions. It is a good veterinary clinic although this is my first time to bring my Hamster to the clinic.

Good service from receptionist to doctor . Came to give nebulisation for my bird and then took medication from this clinic . My birds getting better . Good Indian doctory . Very recommended clinic.

Couldn't recommend this place more highly. Dr Abraham is really experienced and fantastic with hedgehogs. He is patient, kind and explains everything in great detail -- a rare gem of a vet in KL, who truly cares about animals and their well-being. He helped treat my baby's nerve damage, and even housed and medicated him when I was away. Their fees are also very reasonable and all the staff are exceptionally friendly. I've visited a few vets in KL, and EL's Veterinary Clinic is truly the best place to take your exotic pets!

Highly recommended vet. My cat had an emergency (she swallowed a needle) and I called them at short notice but the team was fast to response and assisted me to see the vet. Doctor Veena was super; she fastly gave an xray to my cat, identified the problem and admitted her right away for a surgery. Then the team updated me with my cat's surgery and condition during that night. And my baby cat can go home with us the next day. I feel very grateful for their prompt and professional act! Thanks to it, my baby cat was saved and she is safe n sound now. Thanks again team for your hard work and saving my baby! 💜🙏-Gilly-

Brought my rabbit to this vet when he wasn’t eating well. Dr Abraham was super helpful! Educated us a lot about how to take care of a rabbit! HIGH RECOMMEND to bring ur non dog or cat animal to them!

Doctor is knowledgeable and friendly, also reasonable price.
They no longer take reservations, better pick non-peak hours. First come first serve.

Took my pet hamster there - he had UTI. Dr Veena was attending to him. She is so kind, friendly, gentle and knowledgable. Excellent service from the time I contacted via whatsapp to make appointment right until the end. Follow up was given as well in 2 weeks for progress update. Definitely going to be our go to vet moving forward! Thanks again Dr Veena and team!

Doctors are professional, lovely and handle our baby with care. They won't build fantasy or over positive but really honest advice and treatments that are suitable to our loved one.
