Terbaik, service, staff, yacht all awesome. Booking for husband birthday turns out, only us on the yacht,looks like private charter cruise only for us. Asked for birthday arrangements, cake and table, all going smooth with very helpful staff. Beautiful and big ship with aircond, it makes us comfortable since we came with two kids. This is the best yacht in Langkawi. The booking process leading up to the charter was easy, check in and out were seamless, we were out on the boat in no time. The combination of a well maintained yacht, on shore assistance from Mr. Muhammad Shafiq Bin Mohammad Yousuf made for a memorable trip, great weather and food are always a bonus. We were only 2(Me and my Wife), we pay RM 200 each, total RM 400; though they start the trip with us. If they run for the yacht it cost them around RM 9000. As it was Sunday so there were less customers. We feel like we booked the whole Yacht. The waters around Split are beautiful. If I was a salesman, I would say look no further because it doesn't get any better than this. If you want to go for Sunset Dinner; I would strongly recommend Sea Splash.

It was a great journey. The captain and his crew were so kind and helpful. Load of information we got from the crew while enjoying the breathtaking scenary of the island. The cruise was clean and really comfortable for a family with kids. Foods were delicious and having BBQ dinner while watching the sunset was so exciting. No alcohol served on board is a great effort and concern. Keep up the good thing. Kids loved the salt water jacuzzi session and it was an unforgettable moment for us. Overall, we really love the trip. And of course we will miss the moment. Good job sea splash!

I usually never write reviews, but I really wanted to for this. This was the highlight of my trip. Mr. Ezammer and the staff were so welcoming on the yacht, it truly felt like being on my own boat. Such amazing people, genuine and kind. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Anyone visiting Langkawi I recommend you doing the sunset dinner, it’s worth every penny. You get amazing views, buffet dinner, and an unforgettable time swimming in the water.

The staffs on board Sea Splash were all friendly & helpful. The all halal meal was fantastic & delicous. A special shout out to Aida & Sha and the rest of the crews for making us feel comfortable & at ease throughout the cruise. It was definitely one the gorgeous sunset we have ever seen. If you are in Langkawi, Sea Splash is definitely recommended. Well done & keep it up!

I've been on a cruise sometimes, It was the best sunset cruise ever. The cruise is the latest model and so clean. All the people including a captain and helper was so kind and nice.
Thanks to them we absolutely enjoyed a relaxed trip on the cruise. Dinner was so delicious and luxurious than I expected and I am willing to recommend this Sea Splash Langkawi if my friends go on a trip to Lankawi for real.
The sailing was stable and helpers made us laugh. They have a pleasing personality! If you are planning to go to Langkawi, Don't hesitate to reserve here.

The ship itself is huge, bigger than other cruise available.. the food was personally prepared by the crew while the ship on cruise, it have the nice and cosy ambiance and the ship captain was nice enough to play tonnes of romantic songs during sunset.. perfect ending for our honeymoon trip. Love it

We booked our Sunset Dinner Cruise and also cable car package with Seasplash Langkawi through Mr Meor..He was calm,very attentive,spontaneous and most important he applied the Customer First Mindset. If you are looking for a great experience look no further and book the cruise with "Sea Splash Langkawi", which is also the 1st non-alcoholic cruise in Langkawi..The crew onboard Captain Don, Jan, Dafi and Anuar were amazing and made us feel special. Dafi took the extra mile to take very good care of my little infant age 4 months and also my little girl age 3 years old while me and my husband were enjoying the Salt water jacuzzi. He also took care of my little baby girl when we are enjoying the dinner. He also explains the historical of langkawi to us..Thank's to Mr Anuar too for organising a special dinner menu for us to cater during that day. There were only 4 of us on that cruise and we feel like we are taking a private cruise. It will be great if next time there is a bbq in the yatch but probably because of less people they did not provide any bbq on that day..but overall the food that was served was delicious especially the lamb! Mr Anuar and Mr Dafi were very friendly and took good care of us during our 3 hours cruise. Mr Dafi and Captain Don gave us the safety briefing post which we sat on the deck to enjoy the view. The cruise speed was negligible allowing us to enjoy every scenery to the fullest. While passing by the tall island cliffs you will feel as if you are in the King Kong movie or Avatar for that matter.
They were serving unlimited Can drinks and also mineral water! I was celebrating my husband's Birthday and i felt that this was the best thing we could do.

As for the cable car package, we took the glass bottom package.We went early on a Monday morning bought the package at rm105 per pax (inclusive of , sky dome, 3D art museum and 6D rides).The queues were not long that day, n relatively quick to get thru'. It was worth spending the time enjoying the views of the mountains etc, 7 wells waterfall (during the sky cable ride) etc. 3D art museum was indeed big, easier to take photos if not too crowded. I would like to compliment Mr Ezameer(Meor)the (Marketing Manager) and also Mr Dafi as he has displayed great customer service qualities. He was pleasant,calm,very attentive,spontaneous and most important he applied the Customer First Mindset. Going that extra-mile differentiate a good officer from an excellent staff who can be a role model to others.
As a recipient of numerous Award, I'm glad to say that they should be rewarded and nominated as they have done a great job in cultivating Customer First Mindset culture.
Most importantly, it is the after- sales service rendered that is the most crucial in the ever competitive industry. Mr Meor also recommended us to a very good place to eat in Langkawi! We really enjoyed the food that was recommended by him as it was way cheaper and definitely delicious!
Rest assured that we will definitely choose Sea Splash Langkawi as our tour agent when we are in Langkawi again.

Great experience with the service.
Dari awal booking sampai ke atas cruise, customer service tiptop. All the crews are very friendly.
They still taking passengers although its only 2 of us that cost no more than the original price. So we get to experience like our own private boat.
Very recommended. Nak buat family day pon okay.

The journey to langkawi was a blissful experience especially after more than 20 years ive not been here.. i came with my husband and our twins. it was totally a new experience for us with seasplash langkawi,. We love the cruise, the journey, the food and everything about it. My children loves the jacuzzi net... they cant get enough of it! And the staff are so nice to organize a surprise birthday cake for my husband. It was well plan. Thanks to meor, anuar, dafi, am, the chef, captain and all other crew. The only downside.. the package that i bought was 3d/2nites... wish we could stay longer. Will definitely come back for another excitement soon!

The sunset cruise was beyond what words could describe. An enthusiastic team on board with an even more enthusiastic Mr.Meor as our guide just made it the perfect evening. Eagle watching, jacuzzi like feel on the waters, the sunset view (this is just out of the world) and as a whole, an amazing experience.
