Night Market Kuah Town

This is the biggest night market in Langkawi. You can try different options of food, juice and many sweets. There are also affordable clothes and accessories. Sellers were kind and always smiling. It is a must visit place if you come to Langkawi. This market is only open Wednesday nights.

Fun place for kids as well. Lots of snacks and food. It’s a whole stretch of roadside stores and you won’t get lost cos it’s just one lane. Worth a visit if you’re here on a Wednesday/Saturday!

Great night market, is on Wednesday and Saturday nights. We went both nights. Good range of food stalls, lots of drink stalls as well. Seemed well priced.
We tried a wide variety of food and it was delicious.
The grilled chicken on sticks was our favourite.
I would get there after 5 when more stalls have set up. One night we got there at 4pm because we were in the area and it didn't seem until after 5 it started.

Nice little stretch of shops opened by locals. There are various items like clothing, shoes, toys and food.

I went there looking for some fried mantis shrimp (wanted to try some never had them before) but the shop wasn’t there 🥲. Please let me know if the shop still exists or not cause I still would like to get my hands on them one day.

There are tons of food in the market. For meals you could get laksa, nasi padang, thai food, fried ramly burgers where they literally fry the buns up and western food. For snacks there are fruits, otak otak, grilled meats on sticks or as they like to call it, sate. There are also a variety of local desserts to choose from such as the putu mayam, keropok lekoh (thin, medium or fat) and some mini crepes things with local filling inside.

They also have a store selling fresh produce (vegetables and fish). If you like walking around in the streets, do check it out! Do bring an umbrella! There’s no shelter if it rains.

Best place to go. So many food, so many fruits sell here. A great place to visit with your friends or alone. It can satisfy your stomach very well

A lot of food here, it worth the visit if you’re in town. Try to be there on Wednesday only from 7pm to 10pm all and as the locals buy your food then go enjoy it at the eagle square

Largest daily night market in Langkawi. 85% only food/street food. So every Wednesday or Saturday can come here to get variety choices of food for dinner.

A good place to spend the evening apart from the touristic Cenang beach area. Totally local area with local foods and local sellers. I consider most of the foods here are cheaper than most night market I have visited and a lot of varieties too. Personally, I like this market more than the Jonker night market. I bought a few snacks and drinks and I wish that I came here first before I had my dinner. Everything looks tempting. There are clothing seller too like football club jersey and they sell it cheaper than other places. At Cenang, it will cost you RM50 but here is only RM18/jersey and it is the same thing. Of course, those are not original but if your kids wants it, how could you say no but at least you can save some money or buy two for him.

There is plenty of street food available. The price is reasonable too.

Amazing experience for tourists! Fresh malaysian delicacies are served at different stalls run by the shack owners. This place is operated only on two evenings in a week which are Wednesday and Saturday. Food served is Halal, and can be eaten there or bought as take-away bags. Few spaces to sit and eat, but the servings are good enough to have on the go. Reach the place using Grab or scooters since parking space and getting out of the place could be difficult.

The longest night market in Pulau Langkawi with a lot of stalls selling local Malay foods like Apam Balik, Nasi Kandar, Nasi Kerabu, Satay (grilled meat stick), fried chicken, popcorn wedges, Lontong, Nasi Tomato, Kebab, etc. with affordable prices. Also there are stalls selling clothes, shoes and beverages.

Worth a visit especially for foreigners where you can enjoy the food and cultures of Malaysian here.

Huge night market with numerous variety of food; a must if one visits Langkawi for culture / food; parking space across the market; wednesdays & saturdays from 530pm

One of the biggest night markets on the island. All local fare and produce. A nice evening walk looking and sampling foods from the local stall. A must when in Langkawi. Definite recommend.

Very tasty authentic food and drinks. Get yourself a cold drink, a tasty satay or some fried chicken , enjoy the weather and the cozy atmosphere. I absolutely recomend it.

Open on Wednesday and Saturday evenings with a lot of small and very tasty vendor shops who sell eateris and drinks. Very affordable and satisfying. We brought Mango Sticky Rice and stuffed Pan cakes which was a treat and we loved it.
A must go if you are in the town.

Definitely worth a visit if you are around the area. We stayed at goldsands hotel hence the market is only a 1 min walk away.

There are many options avail and you can just order a little of everything for dinner !

This is more like a local food market, nothing much to buy if you are looking forward to get some souvenirs here.

Food galore, chicken rice, hotdog, kebabs, satay, burger, drinks, fruits. you name it, its all for your picking Most affordable food, pasar malam only on Wednesday n Saturday. We were in luck when we came... not to be miss. Situated near to Bayview Hotel but nearest to Goldsand Hotel.

It's good to explore and enjoy different delicious local food vegetarian and non-vegetarian as well,

So many delicious Fruits and juice are here and lots of chicken and beef options as well at a cheaper price.

Come here just for the excellent satay and apam balik.

Satay: RM0.60/stick for chicken/beef, RM1/stick for lamb. The only stall with seating (table cloth + tissue) provided. Seller was very kind and generous to give an extra stick or two for my relatively small order. Very lovely sellers. Be prepared to queue!

Apam Balik is really good. Freshly cooked and of the right flavour and texture. RM2 for 3 plain pieces drizzled with condensed milk. Very lovely sellers too. Be prepared to wait due to popularity!
