Not sure what all the lousy reviews are for... Maybe things have improved. Place is clean, staff is courteous and definitely a good place for a quick bite.

went at 9pm, I do not understand why it has 2 stars only!!! it didn't smell bad at all, it was clean, they have loads of different products and they have a ramen making station and two tables

Price is reasonable but might be abit unaffordable for students.

Paling suka tteokbokki cumart. Sebab dia sedap dan pedas. Add on cheese, lagi bertambah mabeless. Beli ais, refill dengan kopi yang ada dalam sachet. Pau not bad. Jeonju beef gochujang bap dia bestt sangatt. Daging sedap dia sedap. Buka penutup dia tinggal panaskan je dalam microwave😍

As a customer, in the dawn around 5:20 am I went inside and saw that all the chairs were on the table. I wanted to have a meal there and was about to take down one of the chair. The staff had to approach and say “ you can’t eat inside you have to eat outside cause i have to do cleaning” do you think it’s logically to tell that to your customer even if it’s the rules that the staff are supposed to follow but rationally do you also think that it is right to tell that to your customer? It’s dawn man, McDonald’s is still renovating where do you expect me to have my meal at? And the staff didn’t even bothered to heat up my meal as i bought Jeonju Beef Gochujang Cup Bap

Slow service , my beloved girl have to wait for 45 minutes for her corndog ONLY. Bad Service.

First off when you enter the store, immediately you'll find the place smells terrible. It literally smells like an unwashed kitchen in the store. As for the people who work there, I suspect their previous job were at TNB because they are exceptionally good at NOT doing their job or letting one person work while the others watch. There's been multiple occasions where an employee simply pointed to another person when asked for help, as if they're really busy, but in fact they were only doing simple stuff like restocking or just not doing anything in general. You would think that if they spent more time at managing the shelves, at least the shelves would be neat and tidy, but boy oh boy was I wrong. The entire ice cream freezer had wrong prices for every item, as if they struggled to match the names of the item with the price, and I thought only McDonald's hire disabled people. There are always 3 or more people working but no one seem to be doing anything at all. It's always 1 person working and the others are standing around doing God knows what, it's as if they hired security guards. Honestly I would definitely work there because who doesn't wanna get paid doing absolutely nothing?

Been coming regularly to this branch since it's opening, staff nowadays are not helpful and friendly as it was. The 1-hour break at midnight is not fixed, initially it was 12-1am, last week it was 1-2am, today it was back to 12-1am again without any notice, I don't even know how many times I've come and it's closed, not even sure when to come. Well, at least there's a Familymart now.

Bad service. Promo ada telur rebus itk tteopokki. 2 kali pegi, pun xder. Goguma rasa pelik dah rosak tp masih jual. Staff ramai2 buat apa klau x check brg okay ke x. Telur rebus kena ambik dr Korea ker?????

Belum pukul 12 dah closing, 11.26 dah closing ape jadahnye? Bukan sekali dua, dah banyak kali. Bukannye orang nak beli banyak mane pun kat kedai ko.

Tipu customer cakap buka 24 jam padahal pukul 1 dah tutup, saya ni dahlah org kampung drive jauh2 malam last2 dia cakap nak tutup padahal baru pukul 1230, ish3x…
