Arrived at midnight on 24th March during bicycle touring and extremely surprise by the excellent staff hospitality towards us!

The rooms is really comfortable, clean, minimalist and well organised.

Smooth check in and check out.

It’s perhaps a 2 star hotel but with 6 star comfort level!

Minimalist concept hotel and bed is comfortable. Conveniently located and lots of restaurants around the area - 4 chicken claypot rice restaurants, vegetarian restaurant, curry chicken bun and a few bakery as well. Pizza hut and 99 speedmart is less than 5 minutes walk away. Definitely will choose this hotel again for future trip!

Hotel felt new, with floor panels everywhere, even at the corridors. Very satisfied with the room condition. Took double queens room which is clean & comfy. TV channels are digital terrestrial. Hotel provides kettle & mugs, however without coffee or tea (fair priced shop is available downstairs). Front desk is helpful & jolly.
There's no carpark provided, so, you need to park at street level, payable 60cent per hour or RM4 full day. Fee is RM4 for full day, which parking coupon can be bought from the reception. Parking warden works from 8am - 6pm. Plan ahead to avoid getting saman.
Plenty of foodies nearby. PizzaHut, Bakers Cottage, KFC, and pasar makan is only a short walk away.

Nice hotel. Near to morning market Kampar famous for variety of foods by Kampar people..not those hawker center in KL.. cook and serve by Myanmar people..

Decent, clean rooms at reasonable price.
Walking distance to morning & night Kampar market for famous Kampar food.

Super nice, clean & affordable hotel in Kampar. Everything is good for the room price. Will come again next time.

Decent hotel. Simple and basic furnishing which is nice. Very clean room. Basic amenities i.e. bottled water, hair dryer, kettle, body soap, shampoo, toothbrush and shower cap. Public iron is located at walkway. Hotel doesn't have private parking so it's coupon roadside parking, can use park@perak app. With the price I paid, I'd say it's really bang for your buck! Definitely a recommended hotel in Kampar.

their location just right at Center of the town. Distance to morning market just 5mins

Good value , clean and well kept room. Great location in the middle of the old town area close to eateries and shops. The food court and wet market also close by.

Five stars… value for money… highly highly recommended…surrounded by convenient store…fast food restaurant…walking distance to local delights food court…within walking distance you can get anything food or thing you need… good service, friendly& well trained front desk staff…
