Very nice hotel in Kampar.

And the staff is exceptional as we had an issue with the AC in our room, and they quickly dealt with it. The engineer came to see if it was easily fixed, and when it wasn’t the front desk gave us a different room. Tks

Friendly service, super helpful staff who were always on hand to help. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Buffet breakfast was not bad, but perhaps could do with a bit more variation - evening set meals are good value and there is much to choose from. Very close to central amenities, with bags of local cuisine to try in the vicinity. Warmly recommended.

Nice food and nice rooms. Halal-certified coffee house so much easier to have meals there. Definitely will come again.

The poor older reviews that I read are no longer true. My latest experience stay with my family are all very good. Room are clean comfy and SPACIOUS! Especially the rooftop pool overlooking kampar… cool at sunset. Highly recommended well done GKH. Keep it up 👍

We had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel during the school holiday on a Saturday. We called the hotel around 5 pm while on our way there, and considering the time, you can imagine how packed the hotel was. It was fully booked, but fortunately, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with not just one room but two rooms. What's even better is that the rooms were connecting, which was incredibly convenient. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Puan Ann, the staff member who managed to arrange this for us. Her professionalism and kindness were truly commendable.

The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and efficient. Despite the hotel being busy, the staff ensured that everything was taken care of promptly.

While the breakfast spread didn't offer an extensive variety of choices, there were still plenty of options to kickstart your day. The quality of the food was satisfactory, and we had no complaints.

The swimming pool was a highlight of our stay. It was well-maintained, clean, and offered a pleasant view. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time there, taking a refreshing dip and relaxing by the poolside.

As for the rooms, they were spacious, clean, and well-organized. The overall layout was thoughtfully designed, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The attention to cleanliness and neatness was evident, and it contributed to a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

In conclusion, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Despite the busy school holiday period, the staff ensured that everything went smoothly. We truly appreciate their professionalism and the excellent service they provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, as it guarantees a memorable and enjoyable stay.

this hotel definitely consider best option in a small town - 9 out of 10, 10 is perfect. Big room, smart setting (ie individual switch for mini bar) and basic needs like ironing board with iron setup at public space on each floor. The swimming pool still in very good condition. Though breakfast is very simple bt it was better than some of KL 4 star hotel. It would greater stay if newer, more comfy pillow and a bit more housekeeping on dusty area in room.

Hotel is located at the center of bandar baru Kampar. It's have a pool at the top of building. The parking area is spacious. Near to mekdi, KFC and many more. The room is 5 star for spacious and cleanliness.

Surprised with how good this hotel is. Everything is great. Especially the staff, very diligent and hardworking. Room is spacious and clean, facilities are good, location is great. Highly recommended

Exceeded expectations. The breakfast was okay for a small town hotel. Really clean.(thank you Mary), huge rooms and maintained well despite being an older hotel. The room service is affordable and the people who work here really do seem to take pride in their work.

Very spacious and big room, many rooms provided, suitable for events or gatherings. They have bath tub!! 🛀 They have big hall that we can use to do event with 200 ++ participants. Ruang makan pun besar, can accommodate many people.

The place is very nearby to many shops and restaurants, easy to eat and find parking too.

If you need to charge EV in tapah, this is the place. They have EV charger provided to their guest.

The staff is very helpful.

The room is squeaky clean. The furniture is all new even the TV is connected to internet and have built in netflix and youtube. Just log in to your account!

Ps: you can use your own ev charger.

The hotel rooms was nice as it is. The location nearby petrol station, convinient store, food stall.
Parking at the front was limited so may be you can park at back side of the hotel.
Careful if you park near the cafe because there will be a lot of bird drops on your car later on.

Very nice and my family and myself get comfortable with the room and environment. Only parking space not enough in front hotel where need to park on public space outside hotel parking space. Apart from that hotel service is very good. Next day had good breakfast (included in hotel stay) with variety of foods such as nasi lemak, noodles, Kuih muih samosa, finger-chips, bread with butter & strawberry jam, shredded egg, salad mixture, fruits, cereal as well. Also not forgetting coffee & tea.

We often stay here due to location near hometown and family,we make use of the roof top swimming pool and bring our younger relatives as there is also a children's pool.
Please make use of the restaurant the food is good and excellent portion

Obviously can tell it's a pretty old hotel, but it's very well maintained and clean. Staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Kampar isn't big, so this hotel is like just 10-15min drive to anywhere in kampar. Located in the "New town" of kampar, it's surrounded by eateries, convenient stores, pharmacies etc.. only complain is the access to swimming pool which is via 6th floor staircase. When feet is wet, be cautious walking down the staircase as both my kid and I slipped.. definitely an a really to improve on. Pool on the rooftop is fantastic.

Nice 3 star hotel. Glad I stayed here. Friendly staff. Simple tasty breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Toilets look a bit aged but are actually well maintained and very clean. Hot water, good AC and simple tea facilities in room. Comfy bed. Perfect!

Participated in a 3d2n organisation camp. Decent food for breakfast lunch dinner. Good rooftop hall space for 200+people. Clean rooms, automatically changed towel everyday. Bed is OK. OK size swimming pool. Had a pleasant stay throughout.

Rooms are clean.
The swimming pool at the roof top is the best.
Eateries easily accessible which is just a stone throws away. From Chinese mix rice to dim sum, Japanese and Korean food.
McDonald’s and KFC is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
