Mukbang Lab Cafe

Super friendly girls who work there! I bought some latok/Sea grapes from the market and asked if they could rinse it for me but they actually went out of their way to plate it and even gave some sauce because they said it would taste better 😭 so sweet! The bulgogi was delish and the spicy rice ball (I can't remember what it's called) was very flavourful. I had the fried cheesy kimbab which was def unique but I wish it had some pickled radish in it

Very tasty korean and japanese food. Sadly a lot of ingredients were not available and thus we could only order one chicken dish and no rice or noodle dish...in addition this is the first korean place i visited where they did not serve beer, a bit disappointing. All in all very good food, service and atmosphere. Would visit again and hope that their menu is more complete. Lastly there was no toilet, which is a bit weird for a restaurant.

I loveeee the foods. So scrumptious and mouth-watering. The staff really friendly. The cafe was so pretty and eyes-catching. The price of the foods quite average and affordable compare to other korean/japanese restaurant. Gonna repeat eating here.

So impressed witht the chef plating skill! The food is great and didnt expect to get this kind of quality food here in Semporna! Was super impressed by the staffs and the chef. Service was good! To the owner i think your staff deserved more than just salary. Im a bit touched when we asked about the chef to ur young male waiter.. as he answered me " oh tukang masak itu orang sini dan dia ada sekolah jugak la.. " im a bit sadden and touched by his answer. I can see here in semporna, education seems like a luxury that not everyone have.... before we left i give this boy small tips..

maybe the owner can provide them some material like some books to practice during time when there is no customer... (FYI we r the only customer at that time, shop was not busy so they can fill extra time to upgrade their knowledge) or guide them to some sort of way of education Maybe there is a free community class somewhere that can help to register them.. i dunno just my two cents ya.. i would like to contribute to the community if im based here. Too bad im here in sabah for 1 week short work assingment.

We loved our dining experience at Mukbang lab so much that we came twice.
I got both times a bowl with rice and vegetables (bibimbap), which was divine. On top of that, I got the tofu miso soup which could have been more seasoned. My husband got chicken Katsudong and really enjoyed it as well.
Additionally, they have some amuse-bouche really tasty such as seaweed salad, cucumber, kimchi, and so on.

Nice place, very good food and service. Something different at Semporna, really liked it.

We ate here a few times while in Semporna and would recommend to anyone wanting great flavours and a clean pleasant atmosphere.

The food was good . The girls was really nice and professional. The restaurant is clean .
The only bad thing is there is no toilet inside.

All-in-all, I would rate The Mukbang Lab 5 out of 5 stars. Its dining atmosphere, food and service quality are excellent. The prices for live seafood are slightly above average but other than that, it is quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to all seafood lovers!

It's a very interesting place to have lunch , dinner and any other occasions . It has a very nice vibes the environment suits me well as an introvert . The foods that they serve was very appetizing and mouthwatering . The waiters shows a very good attitude . I highly recommend this place for you who wants to eat Korean foods .

I think 5 stars is not enough to describe how great MUKBANG LAB is 😍 In terms of food, I'm really satisfied with the food provided. When this Korean food served , I feel like eating in Korea ! Awesome ! The employees are friendly and kind . everything is perfect ! I recommend you guys to come here !! If you’re walking by the seaside to get a good view, don’t forget to stop by this little gem of a place. The food is honestly so good. Bibempap was delicious, great drinks for such an amazing price. It looks like a small hidden store, so let’s call it a hidden gem. Oh… and to top it all of, they have the friendliest of people working there. Highly recommend.

The food is so mouth-watering and the priced is reasonably. The service is quick and the restaurant is clean and i feel so comfortable to eat. I recommend you guys to come and dine in here!! 🤗🥰

The food was great same as the customer service..the guy at the counter was really helpfull and friendly, he do recommend few of the dishes here and I could say I am satisfied with it..The embience here was lovely ! I would likely to come here on my next trip to Semporna <3

Best place to eat in Semporna!! We came here 2 nights in a row and had the amazing bibimbap (with kimchi!). Milkshakes are also yummy. Great service, highly recommend!!

I tried a couple of places in Semporna, and this is definitely the best one: very fresh, delicious food, and very kind staff. Fully recommended!
