Big Whale Cafe

Enjoyed our family time at Big Whale Cafe yesterday, the atmosphere was so good, spacious environment, well maintained, and clean.
There are tables for two, and table for group too, it's kids friendly too, my toddler was just 15months old, high chair available for him.

Food: Very good, my toddler love his kid rice set a lot! The curry rice and Mac& cheese we ordered were perfect too. Strongly recommend the croffle as dessert too, taste so good.

Location: Good, it's just nearby Aeon Seri Manjung, street parking easily available even it's Sunday dinner time

Price: reasonable, three of us enjoy our dinner with total bill of rm68, I will take it as reasonable price since we order dessert too.

Nice restaurant with modern design in Manjung. I cannot find the halal certification displayed, but definitely no pork and no alcohol.

Food taste is nice. Western style predominantly. There are pasta, mushroom soup, chicken chops and fish and chips and rice varieties to choose from. No burger, no pizza.

The location of this cafe is really near to Aeon Seri Manjung. The price point for every food is very good and the taste was nice. The speed of the service was excellent. Furthermore, the signature of the crafted coffee the big whale if I’m not mistaken the name, the taste was good not to sweet. I did try the gula Melaka latte, personally I love the taste and hopefully this cafe can maintain the quality over time. Oh ya, the cheese fried chicken was good for 5 pcs at RM 16 for the price and the taste and the quality of the food is totally worth. The atmosphere in this cafe is so calm, and the mood is good. This kind of cafe is kinda unique for its location as in I’m not seeing a lot of this kind of cafe in Manjung area. The sea theme and the decoration of this cafe really suits Manjung/Lumut area representing the sea, the ships and the port. Definitely I will come to this cafe again and bring my fiends and relatives to experience this cafe’s atmosphere, the food and the coffee of course!

My first impression when I entered the door was this place has a really nice interior. The decoration is beautiful and neat and the shop is really clean. The seating is mostly for 2 people or single seater at the bar(?) but there is a larger space at the back to accommodate a larger group of people.

The food is perfect. Everything we ordered were delicious. I ordered the black pepper omu rice and trust me the black pepper sauce is to die for. The black pepper taste isn't that strong so i can eat just fine even though i'm quite sensitive to a strong taste like black pepper. My only complaint is, to my knowledge omu rice is a fried rice dish topped with eggs but i just got regular rice for this dish. The dish is still delicious so i still recommend it.

As for the dessert, their croffle is a must. I ordered the classic just to play it safe because you can never go wrong with a classic and they surely nailed it. Their croffle is really soft and flaky and the syrup goes perfectly with it. I'd come again just to eat their croffle that's how good it is.

My whole order cost only Rm175 which for me is a really reasonable price since there are 4 of us and we ordered extra drinks and starter with some add on. I expected it to cost more but to my surprise it was cheaper than i expected.

Pretty good coffee for small town. Technically the milk to espresso ratio was good, temp on the hot side and latte art is very fine. Space and deco is accommodating occuping like 2 lots. Didn't try the food but lots of people seem to enjoy it.

Delicious food!!! One of best chili prawn pasta i had and the staff is very friendly and humble. Definitely will come back again.

My favourite place to go to for cakes in Sitiawan. Highly recommended for their coffee and cakes. In terms of food, I especially love their pokebowls!

Serving size is big and well priced. Food is good and well balanced, not overpowering. Ambiance is great and very cozy. Nice place to hang out while enjoying their meals, desserts, and drinks.

My new favourite place to eat. I love the environment as it is very cozy and suitable for chilling with friends, or having a date :) Been here three times already. All main dishes that ive tasted are good and fulfilling. Love it✨

Despite having a full house, the crew was accommodating.

Coffee (americano) tasted good, chocolate marshmallow was delightful and the cake was truly delicious.

The inside was cozy. Friendly waiters. Love the ambience. Food was food. The art on the coffee was amazing 😍 Loved it. Oh and the macha burnt cheese cake was sooo good! Will definitely come back for more.

Aesthetically cute cafe, nice ambience. Food was worth the price, yummy and big portion. Suitable for hanging out with friends and family.

It's probably the second best japanese curry chicken rice I've tested, although it is quite expensive but worth it, but the curry sauce is a little too light for me and may need to put in some spices for more fragrance. And the carrot should have cooked with the curry sauce with more time.

I had Hainanese Chicken Chop & Ice Gula Merah latte - coffee 5/5 whereas the chicken chop is too hard & dry. Kedekut gravy 😂. Tiramisu is a MUST. Quite a pricey cafe in a small town like Manjung 😜.

Food was good. The staffs there were nice enough to entertain my kid
