CU Amerin Mall

I am satisfied with the excellent service from the staff, it seems that they are very dedicated to the work they do. Thank you staff amerin, I promise I will come again 👍🏻

Newly opened CU convenience store in Amerin Mall, just by the main entrance. Fairly large and airy place, and it is arranged with larger spaces between racks, with some seating area inside and by the corner. Which actually means not too many aisle of products. They have the hot food section of the usual Korean rice cakes, ice cream, coffee, deep fried hotdogs etc. There's also the cold section. And there is a microwave and hot water supply for cooking instant noodles. The seating area is rather comfortable, but not too many of them. I can see people would like to hang out around here. Lots of frozen items as well. Prices are higher than the usual supermarket because it's a convenience store. Staff says they are opened from 7am to 12.30am daily.

Big company CU have no cash change , force customer to use debit card to purchase . Funny staff

Staff kaunter yang sombong, perempuan shift malam, anak saya tak berapa sihat teringin nak makan corndog, saya minta nak order, dengan muka yang tak ada senyum, muka nak marah dan bahasapun kasar. Saya cakap terima kasih dik. Dia tak ade respond langsung. Harap CU MART dapat improve kan lagi customer service staff terutama staff kaunter...

beli toboki, staff india, tak paham melayu. lepastu bile order 3 toboki, die letak suku bekas je..sepatut benda tu penuh setiap bekas. kalau tak cukup untuk 3 bekas, cakap la. boleh je cancel. boleh boikot la kedai mcm ni.

Memang kes staff hilang je eh kat sini? 2 kali datang kena tunggu lama2 sebab staff tak cukup. First staff merokok kat luar, kali ni pergi toilet tak muncul 🙃
