Your typical 99 speedmart. This one is a bigger store. At the time that I went they're probably doing stocking as there are crates blocking the aisle. I saw a cockroach roaming around the diaper section. I also saw pails under an air cond so I assume it's leaking. Despite all of that, this 99 Speedmart is located at a strategic and convenient location with less competitors around. I guess it is frequented by the folks staying around the neighborhood because I saw the cashier giving advice to an old aunty in front of me about which toothpaste is cheaper.

The place is humid. Most probably air-condition not working at the back. Wondering if fresh foods such as eggs will be spoilt .

Definitely the worst 99 speedmart I have been to, very limited choice of stuffs, and eggs not fresh, seems like they never do re-stock on products. Environment is also very terrible, it's very hot and things are scattered around

VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THE CASHIER LADY. RECEIVED MONEY ON HER LEFT SIDE HAND AND NEVER SMILE KEEP TALKING WITH COLLUEQUE NO GREETING NO THANK YOU AFTER FINISH TRANSACTION. TIME 10.32AM. MANAGEMENT SHOULD GIVE PROPER BRIEFING TO ALL STAFF EVENTHOUGH THIS SHOP IS VERY POPULAR FOR ALL CITIZEN. THANK YOU AND YOUR COORPERATION DEEPLY APPRECIATED

The 3 senior Malay woman cashiers are one of the most rude cashiers I've ever seen.
Never tell us the price, just extend their hands and wait for money.
Junior, hope you all good luck not learning from them.
Please, we can do better than this.

The staff here so rude,attend customer like Kat kandang kambing je,mood off je going there,bad service. train them how to attend a customer first, because they not giving us money to purchase things rite 99 at prima setapak🤬😡
