Jaya Grocer, Kuantan City Mall

My favourite store in a mall simply because it has a variety of organic food as well as food from Australia. The only grocery in Kuantan I stock up at! They have an organic corner in veggie section. I am very happy to find it. They also have some other organic things, including nuts, rice, grass fed beef and butter.

It's a good place to find organic food as well as other groceries. It has so many imported products that can't be found elsewhere. I used to buy imported fruits here. The layout of this supermarket is very neat and well organized. It was very clean. However, I sometimes found it hard to find certain things compared to when I shopped at other supermarkets.

Retail therapy with fresh and premium choices. Good range of cheese , dairy product. Fresh vegetables. Clean. Slightly higher price. But the shopping experience is good.

Excellent service; a lot of imported goods. Clean environment, quality products. It is a bit pricey, but very well worth it.

Awesome place to shop. Many imported stuff. Love to go here again.

This is my go-to grocery store in Kuantan! Safe to visit during pandemic since they give you gloves and limit the amount of people inside. You can get products from overseas that you can't get elsewhere! Staffs are friendly too. Fresh produces are indeed fresh! Love it!!

Always clean and sanitary. Wider variety of products compared to all other grocery stores in Kuantan, but can always be better. Needs more imported and higher quality cheeses. But overall, pleasant and comfortable experience every time.

A lot of imported goods here but beware because not everything is Halal. Please read the ingredients.

I think I bought Daim Ice Cream that is not halal...

Great place to get your groceries, neat, clean, variety of choice, got an organic & imported items that rarely can be found at others store, also easy to make a refund if the items you bought is below the expectations. Good staff and great services. Recommended.

This is the only shop in Kuantan that stocks the stuff I need. It's very clean too. Parking downstairs is free if you leave within 15 minutes. Not everything are priced above average. If you are a discerning customer, you'll find that some stuff are competitively priced.

the best place to shop for rare groceries in Kuantan. they sold import fnb, groceries and something that you rarely see in others supermarket. coffee beans like illy, lavazza, etc can be found here and teas like twinning, ahmad tea and other rare brands. the fresh market were fresh, the price were fair. they also sells high quality beef steak cuts. wagyu, angus can be found here. sadly i could not found king crab or imported crab here. the bakery was great too. i wish they open a small cafe inside so i could sit down with the kids while shopping.

Wonderful Jaya Grocer outlet and maintains SOP. Good providing plastic hand gloves to every customers. The non-halal (Hank's) shop next door is the place for me.

I like the Kuantan Jaya Grocer as it has great products and sells many imported things not found in the other main supermarkets like Pantai Selamat, Eng Hong, Giant or Tunas Manja etc. They also have their own bakery and delicatessen

This grocery store has almost anything you might think you need, plus more. Healthy and wholesome food, fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, deli and bakery. The fresh baked goods were very good. All workers were very nice and helpful

Please note that this store cater more towards International brands.
Hence their price will be a bit higher than what most Kuantan people will be use to.
