Supersave is one of the main player in selling cheap, affordable products from China. They emerged strongly in recent years competing neck to neck with another giant, MrDiy. While the concept between these two shop is the same but they sold different product entirely. Price range might be a bit cheaper here. What so special about Supersave? Besides cheaper price than its competitor, Supersave also sell things that you cannot find in any other shop. If you were looking for specific items that you cannot find in MrDiy, chances you'll find it here is very high. Targeting malls, Supersave have branches all over town. Beside malls, they got branch at Inanam Point and even Penampang baru. What started as a small, cramped up and humid shop now operated on a 1000-2500 square meter lot, air condition and organise. The only downturn is the workers. I'm not sure what really happen behind close door but i experienced difficulties in 3 other branches where the employees were extra rude and not friendly, at all. Their faces contort with uneasy when i ask for certain item. And the cashier...why all cashier in these kind of establishment were extremely unfriendly? I mean from MrDiy to Supersave to Servay hypermarket. What really happen to all these people? Brainwashed? Or heavy workload? Imagine coming home to a wife that smile downward. Gosh i mean, their job is the easiest among others. You might as well just hired Joker as the cashier. So ya, good shop, great layout, outstanding price. But bad service and could be worst.
