CU Pavilion Bukit Jalil

As an American living in Bukit Jalil I’m happy to see this place open. Not just because it has an amazing selection of food but because they have soft serve ice cream that is sooooo reliable. Unlike Burger King. Anyways that’s basically the only reason I come here is because of their RM3 ice cream. I don’t like mint flavor so I get the vanilla bean. But I also don’t speak Malay and I don’t know if it’s actually vanilla bean because it tasted slightly different but it was white so I assume it’s some type of bean. Regardless it was delicious and if all the other dessert shops in the area are busy, I highly recommend coming here. Hope that helps!

A clearer instruction needed in the store. Counter closed tag was place at the express counter but staffs told us if you’re not ordering counter stand at express counter. If counter is open, should take away that tag. A little disappointed cuz there’s no corn dogs avail though it’s only 1pm and the staff says it’s sold out. Yogurt ice cream is not sour-ish. More for kids yogurt flavour ice cream

A simple CU shop with 1 table & 2 chairs, there will be queue at times.

This already several time i went there around 7pm on weekend but the odeng keep finish. I guess you supposedly cook banyak sikit lah 😭

Limited choices, slow and rude staff.

I don’t understand why it is running when they dont have most of their items. Wanted rabokki but the staff said they got no egg( an item of the dish). Then we changed to teokbokki and wanted to add cheese but the staff said at the moment cannot. If like that i suggest the management to edit their menus on a daily basis on what they have and dont have. The staff name was Mehdi. Its either the management of CU is running the shop for fun or the staff is lazy. Usually its the management at fault but idk. Disappointed. Family Mart for the win.

One of the rudest staff in CU branch is here at pavillion bukit jalil. One time I did not wanted to pay for the items and told her to just cancel the scanning of the items but instead of simply doing that she balantly refused and said she cannot! Mind you I have not paid anything yet and she just have scanned the items.. Most employees can do this with no issues. Next time I go to get something she literally laughs while looking at my ringgits for no reason whatsoever!!! She's just plain RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Stay away from here.. She ususaly don't wear a face mask so.. n she's on the heavy built side.. WORST EMPLOYEE EVER

Can someone explain how does an outlet in such a prominent HUGE mall, run out of MILK? the only hot drink available today at 6pm, on a weekday working Monday, is Americano. And i had to queue for 10+ minutes only to hear the tired bartender to inform me such a pathetic news. Seriously, this outlet manager needs to keep things informed to the customers. Write a BIG signboard telling us what YOU HAVE IN STOCK and WHAT YOU DONT HAVE IN STOCK. No milk, seriously???

I bought an expired rice ball. The cashier will not refund or replace it, and the attitude is very bad I can't change to other food. I can only eat this store, which is very, very bad.

Google is too kind to offer a one star option. This outlet deserve Negative Scores. Staff serve you as if you owed them a million bucks. That look on their faces say it all. Should stay home if not feel like working.

If have 0 star I rather choose 0 star. Dam bad service. Your staff is ghost or customer is ghost. They act like didn't see me. And I speaking bahasa, he can't understand. The girl even worst..terrible staff 🙄

Don't ever think of going here. No wonder the store is empty while Family mart is full of customers. Staff is very very rude. I want some Oden. Still have stocks but he refused to sell and sad "Nak Ape?! Oden tak ade!

Walked in to purchase hot food item- tteokbokki, straight to cashier however they act like I’m not there? Got 4 staffs behind counter but all busy doing their own thing when I’m the only customer in the shop. Lousy customer service.
