Universiti Putra Malaysia

Visited Putra University for my MBA IV to interact with the faculties and to experience the atmosphere of an university outside India. I just wondered about the infrastructure and how they beautified the garden. Its a calm and quiet campus and i believing that the students of this university are so lucky👍

A leading research university offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses/programmes in various fields such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Economics, Business Studies, English Language Teaching, et cetera. A highly well-established university. Ranked 2nd in Malaysia, 36th in Asia, and 229th in the world according to the QS University Rankings 2017.

One of the oldest university in Malaysia. In 1995/96, the name changed from "Pertanian (agriculture)" to "Putra (prince)" to reflect the advancement of the tertiary status into science & technology driven rather than agriculture courses. Produces most of the country's brightest minds but unfortunately, these "bright minds" left Malaysia for a better salary, better opportunity and a better future.

Excellent university. My favourite one in Malaysia. Did my masters there, great reputation, friendly staff and professors.

Overall, loved my time spent there. Gonna miss it a lot!

We, truly, LOVE UPM!

There are many beautiful scenery, especially the intertwined trees and the free bus which pass through upm, making it easier for students to reach their colleges in addition to the university bus. The park near the K12 and K14 complex is beautiful, where the lake and train passes. Also my beloved church is close to my residence and the university. Tennis courts and a football field are open to all.

Very clean & friendly staff with very excelent service. Ample parking lots. I'll give 9.5 points out of 10.

This is a wonderful university, the best. You need to study here.

UPM was selected as the number 1 greenest University of Asia and 17th in the world ranking for 2015. I did my MBA there from 2013-2015 and the school is just amazing. The campus is kinda outside city and it has every facility that a student would need, even more. From golf course to horse riding. The quality of education is so good and I learned so much in very short span of time. And the school has a huge Library, probably the biggest in Malaysia. They have panoramic tour on their website, check it out, it's just great. You will fall in love for sure.

I just loved it here. Living inside campus for a year now. But only got physical classes for 1 month. I really miss that busy month.

Only went to a part of the university. The place is quite big. A very neat and clean place. Very well maintained. The staff very curtious and friendly.

As I am a student of this University,I really feel proud of this.The campus is huge&the environment is very study friendly.Though the campus e very big,the movement is very easy because of the given bus for transit.Someone can only feel the beauty of the campus when he will visit it...

I had a chance to study at UPM for 8 years, master and PhD. This university is the dream place for researchers. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. The Professors and Lecturers are knowledgeable. The lab staffs are expert and kind. Everything is really smooth for a wonderful journey of education.

Has a great academic staff, one of the best in the field. Also the faculty got a nice lake view.

I’m so glad that i spent 4 years studying in this university 🤍 you will always have a place to go to just chill because this university is really huge. The location is great, and the staffs are helpful. I stayed at Kosass throughout the 4 years and i can say that the maintenance are great 👍 kuddos UPM and Kosass

Very huge campus. Transportation and essential necessities are abundantly available. Amenities are fully available in campus but can be quite far from each other i.e not walking distance due to big (very big!) campus.. Recommended to move around by transportation, unless you like long distance walk while enjoying farm & forest scenery. Lecturers & academicians are very professional & helpful.

UPM is one of the most famous universities in Asia. It has got a very good ranking in the world. Many of the professors are well-known with their knowledge and qualifications. Good lecturers who always help students.

This is a public university. Traffic is alright, not too congested during working hours except during events. Got good places for lunch in nearby area. Near public hospital.
