7-Eleven

It is just like all other 7-Eleven stores across. It is really convenient to have it within the University premises. More importantly it is open from Monday to Sunday in 24/7 so that you can pick whatever staff you want at literally anytime., which I especially really appreciate after my night runs.

YAY FOR MASHED POTATO

THIS 7/11 IS NOT 24/7 unlike external 7/11s. The students can't get anything past 7-8pm. The place is pretty well stocked but there's only 1 single person manning the entire 7/11. There's not much variety on fresh/refrigerated food but considering it's not 24/7 that's excusable. I would love if management made this 7 Eleven 24 hours again since there are many hostel students are staying nearby and there's no other convenience store anymore on campus grounds.

Extremely rude and awful staff. 😖 First they put up wrong price of kool fever strips. Rm5.30. I ask cashier to scan and confirm. She says its 5.30. I give her Rm 20 note. She cuts out more than Rm 12 and give me receipt. I ask her again. You just said its 5.30. Then she says no 12.50. I ask to cancel the order. She calls her boss from inside. He instead of apologizing start insulting customer. She prints out new price and changes price tag. He continues insultint customer saying you wasting our time. Excuse me I am here to buy product and you have wrong prices! May Allah curse be upon you! 😡

Waited 1 & 1/2 hour and still not open. Goods are pricey compared to outside campus shops. Only for desperate times cause its walking distance from hostel.
