Nice clinic with friendly Dr and nurse. Recomended because usually after 7pm, clinic is not as busy as others.

Very bad sevice from the staff. Not recommended for everybody. I’ve been waiting for so long and asked for my ic back because I cancelled the appointment, the staff gave back my ic without looking at me and not even saying anything. So sad to experience this from GY clinic. It’s not a new clinic that i went, (since 2016, at Lunas clinic.)i always prefer GY clinic because the doctor and the medicine options. and before this, the doctors are just very nice. But sorry, if you cannot teach and train your staff to welcome your customer and being polite, it’s a lost . Sorry, your clinic will not be not my option anymore. And forsure, not gonna promote the clinic to my family ans friends.

I went for rtk yesterday 2pm+, until now 8am+ the next day still haven’t got my result.
What a poor service. Not only that, call multiple times also no pick up . Unbelievable.U make people waiting for so long!
Btw if want to know your result need to call mutiple times and be crazy mad baru dpt result. Staff yesterday told the other staff she already informed me the result? Are u serious?
If u hv told me yesterday i wasn’t this mad aren’t i?For people who want to know fast result pls don’t go to this clinic. I have the worst service by the counter from this clinic . If u can wait almost 24h for rtk, this is the place for u.

Worst clinic!!! Your staff are so rude pls treat pupils with respect. Doctor doesn't even touch examine.so disappointing.

kurang bagus klinik ni , doctor (K.....a ) sorry doctor ni tanya pesakit agak kurang ajar sikit .. doctor siap goyang ² kerusi tanya pesakit sakit apa , tak tengok pesakit masa cakap buat endah tak endah sahaja aduhhh tolong perbaiki sikit you punya attitude sebagai seorang doctor 😏
