Just delivered the car back after 3 days with a well used Percdua Viva automatic. Great price and no problem at all with the car (and it fit in in every parking lot).

Returning the car back also went very well and deposit paid back without any problems.

Kind staff both when we rent the car and delivered it back.

Thank you very much to let us be able to have 3 wonderful days on Langkawi with a nice little reliable car.

Can recommend for everyone, had a nice new scooter for a discounted price when renting for 11 days. Had no problems returning the bike even though we lost our rear licence plate somewhere on the way. Got the full safety deposit back with no problems. Very kind and understanding staff. In Thailand they would have tried to rip us off from the missing license plate but not here! 10/10

You get good prices, when you rent long term

Friendly abang to help us to arrange for a good car for rental at a reasonable price, even during peak period. They have booths at both airport and Kuah jetty, which is very convenient for travellers. Highly recommended!

Der Transport hat gut funktioniert und Abel war sehr nett, kompetent und hilfsbereit!
Allerdings hat sein Chef in Satun uns zwei SIM-Karten verkauft die bereits zwei Wochen zuvor aktiviert wurden und nur 17 Tage hielten anstatt wie versprochen 30 Tage. Auch das Internetvolumen war nur 5 GB statt 15 GB, wie kommuniziert. Fühlen uns bei den SIM-Karten betrogen, Finger weg davon!

If you want to book via an agent, please choose carefully. I happen to book my trip using this agent, and its a terrible experience. I book in december 2021 to go on the honeymoon trip in may 2021.
Problem:
- the agent book my room on the same day i arrived
- miscommunication with their team member and ask for payment on the day i arrived when i already paid in advance for the package
- there are 3 people in charge for the same phone no. I kept on repeating what package i booked with them.
- no details for the trip (time, activity,etc). Need to ask every single time
Improvement:
- should manage the package well
- please keep it simple for the info to inform customer

Bad service and unfriendly toward customer. Not recommended.
