Captain Laundry Langkawi

What a great service. I didn't know how to order from my hotel so I just walked over with an 80L bag full of 3 weeks of laundry for me and my wife. I asked for a drop off service too, which cost me an extra 5 RM. All in all, everything cost 41 RM together (I paid cash but didn't check if they charged via anything else) - probably about 10% of the hotel price. I dropped it off just before 11am and received it at around 2pm - all my clothes were in perfect condition, felt soft and warm too. I opted not to fold them as we wanted to sort the clothes out into our bags. That said, I'd happily use this service again and again. They were super friendly which helped as well.

We had a great experience with Captain Laundry. We didn't want to pay hotel prices for our washing to be done.
For 32 ringgit we had 8 kilos of washing washed, dried and folded then delivered to our hotel.
Would highly recommend if you have a bulk load to do.

This is an excellent option for visitors to Langkawi who want to do laundry and avoid the high price of hotel.

Place closes promptly at 8pm. If you wish to do the wash, dry, fold drop off service make sure to send 2 +hours before their closing.

Highly recommend! Came to our hotel for pick up and drop off. They washed, dried and folded over 4 kilos of clothing for what the hotel would charge for two pieces. From pick up to return it was only 4 hours. Can’t recommend them enough and I’m super picky about my clothing!

Amazing service here! Got a bunch of clothes washed in about 3 hours, this is a must-stop location especially for anyone staying at Westin or St. Regis instead of paying for the absurd hotel laundry service costs.
Will be great leaving our holiday with clean clothes!

Excellent collection and drop off service. We were staying just outside Kuah and the owner was very flexible and collected our dirty laundry, washed, ironed and folded everything and then returned clean laundry within a couple of hours. Very reasonably priced too to Do this.

Clothes came back the same size they left but FYI they do use tumble dryer to dry clothes so only wash clothes you’re not too fussed if there is shrinking!

Staff is very kind, friendly and helpfull. They tell you when your clothes will be ready for pick up.

Very clean and organized place. It's a family owned business and the owner was there. Very polite and friendly lady. Is a full service (wash/ dry/ and ironing) as well as self serve. Inexpensive yet high standards. Machines were very good. Very pleased.

We stayed at The Westin and there was a large group of us. We had lots of laundry and because we weren't staying for long I wanted to organise a pick up and drop off service. I called Bruce and he kindly accommodated me. He arrived on time with his lovely wife and delivered to me. What was really disappointing was that when he did the pick up and drop off, the staff at the Westin weren't very hospitable. They made him wait outside which meant I had to go outside and felt very awkward, like it was against the rules. I will pass this feedback onto the Westin as I didn't experience this at all when we were in Kuala Lumpur. For those who want to save some money on laundry, I would highly recommend using Captain Laundry. Give them a call, they are lovely (and I love how they fold undies!).

Captain laundry was amazing! Great customer and laundry service. We had a tight turnaround and they were amazing in getting it done in a timely manner. I only wish we had them here in the states close to us! Thank you captain laundry!
