Went for the second time there this year! We love this place. Staff are friendly. Food is good. There is a lot to do at the resort itself. It even has a shuttle bus service to the mall and market- you can take that for free and get picked up too. You’ll find several duty free malls, the aquarium and even McDonald’s there. Do bargain and walk around the market to look for best prices on what catches your eyes. Lots of 7/11s so you can buy water or chips etc. at the resort- We stayed in the renovated rooms this time and had a nice garden view. Previously took the sea view. The cafe has nice tuna sandwiches do try them! The infinity pool is lovely and romantic. Breakfast buffet is good too.

We had the opportunity to experience staying in both the standard and premier sea view rooms. Standard - rustic, undated type room. Premier - furbished to meet basic modern room with built-in usb ports.

Excellent view from Premier room with balcony, costing only around S$70 per night.

This resort has much better seaview from rooms than other four or five star resorts, charging only a fraction of the price of other resorts of similar classification.

More than value for money.

Didn't stay in the room. Just drop by. Luckily, there was a cruise ship berthing. The resort held a food festival stalls. Great resort to stay. The best to me in Langkawi. Actually I had stayed here twice already many years ago
Still loves this place.

At first glance of the rooms, it was not so well maintained and gloomy; when we complained to the manager, we were upgraded to the renovated rooms; no comparison! Much better!
The breakfast and restaurants on site were great (lots of variety too)
Staff are really friendly and helpfully.
The infinity pool, games room, reading room, gym, spa and water park were very enjoyable.

Spent 3 nights over here, I would say the price VS the value, this place is an absolute gem! The staffs are friendly and it's easy to access to beach, restaurants and activities.

Nice stay with a good view. Good for staycations also. Indian food was available. Halal options were available. There were activities that can be opted from the resort recreation department's plans. They started from the resort's premises.

It was a pleasure to stay for 3 nights here. The room was ok not so spacious but still comfortable. It was refurbished room and has a fresh new design. The first night i have an issue about the next room under renovation, strong smells from painting quite disturbing me. Kudos to management for replacing a new room for me. The pool for kids need to improve because not much fun quite old and outdated, but the infinity pool was great. Breakfast not much choice but acceptable. Overall this hotel located nearby jetty and so many yacht can be seen and have a nice view on andaman sea. Overall im so satisfied with this stay. All staff are very friendly.

First time staying here and we had a good time at this Genting-owned property during our recent Langkawi holiday.

We took the renovated Premier Seaview Room with two spacious Queen beds and the view of the sea was beautiful, with an added sunrise to boot! The toilet was also big enough albeit with a “unique” setup whereby the WC-sink and shower areas are separated by the room entrance doorway (and the minimalist wardrobe - i.e. no door and wall - is in the "room proper")… While there was no issue with WiFi, which was stable throughout our stay not just in the room but even in the public areas.

While our room did not come with breakfast (no issue since Cenang Beach with its myriad of restaurants is a short 10 minute drive away), we did have the delicious “Santai Set” whenever we came back to the hotel in the late afternoon after our excursions (available from 1600 to 1830 hrs) - our favorite items were the Keropok Lekor, Cucur Udang, and Pisang Goreng.

And what about the pools? Both the Family and Infinity pools were lovely, with the former having three sections including a play area plus shallow and deep lap pools. While the Infinity pool faces the stunning Pregnant Maiden Island and swimming in that pool gives you the feeling of being “one with the sea”!

In addition to the pool, we also enjoyed using the Games Room that had a pool table, two foosball tables, a ping pong table, giant swimg, and even Congkak and chess sets to play with. Best of all is the fact that while my kids are playing, my wife and I can just order a couple of cheap beer (Carlsberg is at RM5, which is much lower than anywhere in the mainland) to pass the time!

Forgot to mention about the room rates - being a Genting Rewards member, I managed to get a rate of RM190/night inclusive of service charge for that Premier Seaview… Which is a very affordable price for the comfort and freshness of this renovated room, when compared with other similar hotels nearby!

Rooms are okay but we can hear ppl from the room beside. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just a small problem where our room is soooo far from the lobby/entrance. Location is not that far from Cenang Beach. Just a 5 mins drive.

The hotel sits next to the marina with the balcony fronting it. Room is huge but the furniture is a bit old. However, the facility is unlike other hotels. Each room comes with an iron and ironing board, a settee, and coffee table with 2 chairs at the balcony. Location is quite near to the Chenang beach. Overall a great value for money.

We often spent time at this resort because it's the only one that offers exciting evening activities like ping pong, table soccer, darts, and the most interesting of all, 8-ball pool. The staff was very engaging and friendly, and the singer was extremely cheerful.

This resort is old but gold. If you are looking for a resort with spectacular view and best price. This is it. It is not all sparkly shinning as this is an old resort. But the staff really did their best to ensure that the room is clean. It looks a bit old but it is surely clean. And my room had the best view. We could see other islands from my room. I had no issue with the water pressure. We had to walk a few minutes from the elevator but that is not an issue for us. All in all, this resort offers a good service with best prices.

RWL or Resorts World is ideally situated on the water just adjacent to the cruise pier. Every cruise ship entering Langkawi must go via the various shops and establishments in RWL prior to getting a complimentary transit to the Langkawi aquarium. (10mins away). Enjoyed a 17 RM (500ml) Tiger beer

Our stay at this hotel was truly remarkable. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade from Premier Seaview to a spacious Suite Room with a stunning sea view. The buffet breakfast offered a tasty Nasi Lemak and diverse main courses, along with a customizable omelette station. We ordered room service, provided with generous portions of Mee Goreng Mamak and Pepperoni Pizza. The staff's politeness and warmth added to our enjoyment. The highlight was the mesmerizing infinity pool. However, our room above the bar/restaurant could get noisy during evening events. Overall, a fantastic stay with minor inconveniences. -Room 2105 🌟

The Hotel is great, location is amazing, and the view is fabulous. It has good vibes, a small supermarket and a very tasty restaurant with reasonable prices. There 3 pools, 2 pools next to each other for families, and another infinity pool which was our preference since it has an astonishing view while you swim.
