Holiday Villa Resort & Beachclub Langkawi

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Villa Langkawi, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of tranquility that set the tone for my entire stay.

The rooms was spacious, beautifully and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool bar La Villa was a definite highlight, offering a refreshing respite from the tropical heat.

The staff at Holiday Villa Langkawi were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. Whether it was arranging tours around the island or recommending local restaurants, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.

The location of is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Surrounded by lush greenery and on the beach, it truly felt like a secluded oasis away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Overall, my experience at Holiday Villa Langkawi was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future.

The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was ok. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. Thank you so much for the birthday decorations. Its really surprised my husband. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the facilities at the hotel, especially the play area. The most astonishing part was the beautiful white sandy beach you have. My kids really enjoyed watching the sunset too. We will definitely come back."

Although the exterior looks dated, the rooms are newly refurbished, modern and very clean. Stayed in a family suite although it was a bit small. Breakfast buffet was average. The lawns and gardens were kept tidy. Best part about the hotel is the private beach and walking distance to a cafe (just walk north along the beach). Not much activities were on offer by the hotel aside from the pools and beach. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and fully satisfied. Good value for the asking price.

This is my second trip in less than a year. Everything is just perfect. The private pool and the clean sandy beach was more than we could have asked for. Breakfast was value for money and even the food we had at the poolside was good. To top it all the staff were so friendly and polite and welcoming which I attribute to the GM who obviously treated them like family as he himself was so humble and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone going to Langkawi.

It’s not very clean tho. I noticed that some furniture had dust in it but the room was clean in general.

However, I loved the view of my room and the beach so much

We had a very good time at Holiday Village Beach Resort & SPA Langkawi. At our arrival we were a little disappointed with our room, not matching our expectations, but the team immediately helped us to get a better one, which turned to be above expectations. Staff is very courteous and always supportive, the beach is clean and wide and the hotel is well located, just a few km away from Cenang.
We will definitely go back to Langkawi (just an hour flight from Singapore) and Holiday Village Beach Resort & SPA Langkawi.

Stayed in early August 2023, older family
with 3 adults having walking disability. We requested for ground level room and was fulfilled.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Location is awesome, right on the beach. Ample parking space, room size is quite big, swimming pools are big too.

Breakfast food is just OK but there's quite a selection. There are restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and definitely will be back. Special thanks to the bellman who are very friendly and helpful.

A well-kept hotel with many facilities such as a huge pool, equipped gym, tennis court, kids play area, and even direct access to a private beach.
The room was cleaned every day and there was even a little surprise given by the staff as it was on a birthday.
It is an ideal place for family with young children as you could spend a whole day just in the vicinity of the hotel without feeling bored.

Stayed in Langkawi many times and this is the best hotel so far. Rooms are a bit dated but really nice (as good as anywhere & they are renovating), facilities are excellent, staff are amazing (especially the house keeping who are overwhelmed). First time staying here and will definitely be staying again.

I had a great time with my fimily at here. It's a good place to relax your body and mind with reasonable price. The interior and building seems a bit old but maintain well. The front dest staffs and other staffs are all very kind and nice. Great location as well

A truly excellent experience, thank for you for a magical stay! This was a highlight of my time in Malaysia. The food options were varied and delicious, the staff were so helpful and went out of your way to make the stay superb and the location is unmatched - right on the beach. The room was also so spacious and clean with excellent amenities (Deluxe room on the 1st floor). Housekeeping, ground maintenance, restaurant servers, porters and reception staff were all just wonderful. I have only just left and I am planning another trip back to Holiday Villa and I have recommended this wonderful hotel to all my family and friends - and even to a traveller I met at the airport who was on a spontaneous trip to Langkawi. I was a solo female traveller and felt so safe at this lovely hotel. The hospitality is unmatched. The hotel manager Leslie was also very kind and runs an excellent establishment. Thank you for an unforgettably beautiful experience, I shall be returning!

I’m PADI Mermaid Instructor, I chose Holiday Villa Langkawi because they have 2.5m deep pool which is required by my Mermaid course. The Guest Relation Assistant Manager attended to all my questions and request prior to our visit, she’s really really helpful!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly Concierge who managed our luggages from the entrance to the room. The Receptionist were friendly and provided all information that I need.

I love the interior and the ambience of this hotel which emerged with nature. My kids play in the air conditioning Kids Play area while we were busy checking in.

Our Pool Terrace room was so comfortable facing the swimming pool, and only few steps to the beach, which ease me to conduct the Mermaid course.
We get complimentary welcoming drinks at the club swimming pool while enjoying mesmerizing stunning sunset. The TV is Netflix ready!

My family also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly in assisting the kids and they even explain the menu to the kids for them to choose.

The swimming pool is huge! We had a very good pool for the Mermaid course. The pool is well maintained, clean and the visibility is crystal clear. We had good quality of underwater videos. The beach is amazing! We had a beautiful Mermaid pictures and videos at the beach as well! All these, created great memories for my Mermaid student and my family.

Me and my family really love this hotel, the ambience is welcoming, all staff are friendly and we really had a great time there. Yes, we definitely will come again.

We love the environment. The studio room is spacious. We request for 1 extra bed for my kid and 1 baby coat for my infant. Even with that 2 extra bed, we still have space for roaming around and solat. All of the staff are friendly too.

Rooms are good with a pool & garden.. The beach is connected to the hotel area.

It's a quiet and privacy hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Pretty big pool, clean beach and friendly staff.

One of the oldest hotels on the island, but renewed and in quite good shape. A little bit on the side, but still close. At least 3 restaurants next to the hotel.

Ideal location. Massive pool with clean beautiful beach. The breakfast selection menu is fantastic. Value for money. The most affordable for a hotel that offer a private beach. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, good location, service staff ate friendly. We tot we would go around langkawi, but instead we decided to stay in at Lavilla they had all that we wanted, food, drinks, music.

I have a great experience staying at the hotel. staff was amazing. I booked the prima beach suite to have direct access to the beach. the view was great and peaceful. Except that my room was not ready when I arrived to check in but it's not an issue. Maybe I arrived to early. I would suggest the hotel management do some upgrade to the outdoor playground since some of the ride already rusted and and might be dangerous for kids. Overall the experience was pleasant. Room was clean. Definitely will consider to come back again.

We are frequent traveller to Langkawi but this is a first time we stay at this hotel.Supposedly we want to stay for 3 nights for business purpose but we decided to extend another 2 night, just to spent our time enjoying pool & beach.

Our room is 242, accommodate me & husband and my four kids age between 4 years old -12 years old. Room is spacious enough with extra bed & sofa bed. It just we have an issue with air conditioner not cooling enough.

House keeping did her cleaning well done. Replace our towel daily, pick up rubbish, arrange our shoes etc. Extremely clean!

I love food and breakfast at Lagenda was beyond my expectation! varieties not an ordinary food. First time i tried Nasi Ulam. Changes on English breakfast menu daily, not a boring breakfast.

The staff were friendly and we feel welcomed. From the security, concierge, front desk, F&B, pool. One of the staff name Zul from Kafe Ola really kind & treat our children nicely with chocolate everyday.

Spa masseur is another reason I should come back to this hotel. We had a pleasant stay, precious experience & kids really love it.
