Got a good deal @76/night from Agoda with a 5% coupon. Really clean hotel, the bed is really comfortable. The internet speed is one of the fastest I've come across. Quality water dispenser in each floor & Astro satellite channels. Parking is convenient with a clear space in front.

Only couple of improvements needed. The shower head needs to be replaced, the water is too little & pressure is a bit low. Second is the towel, they aren't really absorbent & has a stale odor even with fabric freshener.

There's a food court some distance away with varieties of food, a PizzaHut on the opposite shop lots, couple of banks, few karaoke pubs, an internet cafe.

I'm glad to have found a high quality budget hotel. Definitely on my list of budget hotels for my scheduled trips in future.

Comfortable and clean hotel with original decoration in the room. Quiet location, few minutes away from the bridge going to Penang, and plenty of food nearby.
