One comment for the CEO would be to improve the workplace environment at keng cheow st, perhaps by better lighting and space design. Currently the place is rather dark and messy.

I am so very pleased with the outcome of my customized request. The roses were beautifully arranged and the box stand and its color was perfect. The price was very good as well. On top of it, this job was done in a rush for a funeral which was very important to me. The bouquet was more beautiful than I expected and the service excellent! The 2 reviews I saw earlier while looking for a florist, made me hesitate. I find them hard to believe , now that I have my own personal experience with A Better Florist.! I ordered a wreath, on behalf of many friends, without looking at the reviews. Only after ordering, I realised ABF had quite poor reviews and was concerned. I chatted with a staff online - who instantly responded and acknowledged my concerns. That assured me abit. The following morning, i chatted with another staff, who promptly informed that the delivery had already been done.

Well done! I had a time sensitive delivery needed. The florist delivered promptly and in fact earlier then time said. My BFF even sent me a photo of the arrangement and it looked exactly the same as on website. I read past reviews and they seem mixed. My experience was great. I’m sure every new biz has its teething season. I was very pleased !

Sent two birthday bouquets in the last two months using the services of A Better Florist. Very happy and impressed with their efficiency and quality. The bouquets are beautifully put together. They are very responsive and even preponed the delivery of a bouquet on my request, as I had mistakenly ordered it for a day later than the correct Birthday. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them highly.

The flower bouquet delivered was beautiful as pictured. The delivery was on time. On site service provided by Steve and his team was customer driven. Overall excellent experience!

The flowers were beautiful and arrived exactly when I had asked for them to be delivered. This service is great for getting things done, and well.

The arrangement was lovely, it was delivered on time and even grant my request to replace it with some of my ideal flowers at first they told me that there's no guarantee but they will try their best which I'm pretty amazed they did! Ordered last minute flowers online to be delivered for a friend's birthday and the entire process was exceptional! Customer service was very friendly and prompt at accommodating my requests, the flowers were delivered on time, and most importantly the bouquet was gorgeous and my friend loved them!

I recently had a chance to send flowers to a friend in Paris. There were some difficulties that had NOTHING to do with this company, yet they pulled through with remarkable customer service and excellent communications. Far beyond the normal scope of what I expected. To all of those whining about the cost - if you check around you'll see other international florists are similar. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

My experience with A Better Florist was a unique one. Not only did they cater to my outrageous request of custom order, they too kept to their promise of delivering on time. Cost wise it is also cheaper than norm. I always believe that customer service is the key differentiating factor to companies of the same industry and this company have fulfilled that in every aspect. I am very pleased with this service. I needed to send flowers to a difficult address quickly, and they were able to coordinate with me clearly through email and completed the delivery on time. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

About a week ago, I ordered their Sareena and Francine for my company Dinner and Dance event. I am really impressed with the freshness and quality of the flowers! My guests all loved it and some even took a few stalks home. It definitely transformed the ballroom into a garden.

For its quality, the flowers were also cheaper than other flower shops, since they does not come with the unnecessary frills. Moreover, their delivery are prompt and their staff are friendly and well versed with the handling of the flowers. I will definitely recommend this shop if you intend to do bulk ordering for wedding and company events.
