Scenic walk / run along the canal river

A polluted stream filled with garbage. A residential barbed wire fence on one side, a construction fence on the other. There's a smell of garbage from behind the fence. Around the fence is just trash and desolation. It feels like someone put the fence up because they couldn't be bother to clean up the trash.
It gets a star because there's a concrete path and someone cut the grass.
The construction side eventually gives way to some forest and rice fields with some birds which is worth a walk of you like birding.
