This is many months late but i have actually promised myself to leave a review for the positive experience that i received from Ben of J&C Travel. It was a rushed request for travel arrangement to Japan when foreign visitors were still restricted to enter Japan (early Oct). It was almost impossible, in fact many other travel agencies told us that the trip was not possible without incurring a crazy & ridiculous budget but Ben was amazing. He made it happen without charging us an exorbitant fee and the trip went on within our budget. He was professional and very resourceful. We had no issues throughout, the whole process was smooth and carefree and we managed to visit Japan and had an memorable holiday.

Great service by Helmi. I had to rush back to Singapore from JB and he brought me there in good time. Punctual and polite. Pleasant personality too! Thumbs up!

J & C travels were fantastic from the moment I contacted them to query about our trip to Legoland.

They were very accommodating when it came to arrange the transport, even when our flights changed and the arrival time had to be amended at the last minute.

Driver details were sent to us promptly so we knew who to expect and the drivers were very helpful and friendly. Thank you Mr Debby and Mr Izudin!
