Like this place because offers many things in our country does not have it or hard to find, such as Milo can, chocolate from far country, lol... The price I guess so so, not different much compared with Indonesia. Definitely will back if we stay at r&f mall in future

I’m blown away by this place. It’s fresher and cheaper at times compared to aeon or lotus. Although it’s quite remote for its location but upon entering you can feel the difference between lotus and Jaya grocer, brighter lights fresher fruits and plenty of staff willing to attend to your needs with a smile. When I was browsing for items and found the shelves were not entirely stocked, a staff approached me and asked if I was looking for more. When asked where was another product, he instantly knew there was available stock and reached for the ladder to get me what I wanted. I mean which supermarket has staff who are so attentive and make additional effort to ask what you need. Most supermarket staff can’t be bothered as they are just putting products on the shelves. I must also compliment that although Jaya grocer seems like an up end supermarket, it does have a 1-for-1 corner near the cashier to clear out near expiry products. Some near expiry is about 2 months away while others are 6 months away. Generally a pleasant experience at this outlet though I’m aware that not even outlet will carry the same line of products so have to go to larger outlets such as the one at mid valley? To get more stuff.

Clean and tidy, selling variety of products that in good packaging. A lots of organics and imported foods. There's a another section selling non-halal also.

Very clean and products are arranged nicely. I think products here are abit more expensive as compared to lotus but they import more products here.

bought 10kg of groceries via grab. so much convenience and efficiency. competitive pricing. wide selection of goods. also avoid being caught in the rain in this rainy season.

I decided to come here because it's not overly crowded, providing a peaceful environment for my grocery shopping. The prices are on the higher side, reflecting the premium and imported products. However, if it translates to higher quality, I don't mind paying a bit more.

Great selection albeit at premium prices. Some stuff are important and the selection is just nice to keep one busy and get everything needed for grocery. Parking will be easy at R&F mall.

A mid-sized grocery shop with all the essentials. Aisles are narrow and somewhat confusing. Two self-checkout machines are available. There is a direct lift from basement parking that serves just the supermarket.

I went to the supermarket today and was quite pleased with the good variety of imported products from Jaya Grocer. I could find products from the UK, Switzerland, Denmark, Japan etc. The selection, though not extensive, is decent. The fresh produce is good too. In addition, I could find good quality organic vegetables like spinach and celery. Furthermore, the supermarket is brightly lit, clean and the aisles are well stocked and spacious. The staff at the check out counter is also very friendly and pleasant. I have enjoyed shopping at the supermarket. Thank you.

Jaya Grocer R&F is like an oasis in the desert! Fresh produce, almond milk, muesli, fresh baked bread, and an excellent selection of organic and just plain healthier products than your average supermarket chain both local and imported. Life saver.

Shopping at Jaya Grocer R & F is always very happy fruitful outing especially during covid restrictions lol..
..it is very well equipped..best still if have rotisserie section hehe..

Staff here at R & F are most helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. Even the security guard helped me reach for products.
