Very friendly than last year. Good communication skills, their knowledge is also excellent. But recently they have a promo that is held outside of the mall, not so good la actually but good effort.

Bought our 3 bedding sets from Harvey Norman, Paradigm Mall jb. Mr Muzz & team were very co'operative & knowledgeable about the products. I am stunned at the Samsung sound system with offering a very unexpected price.

I regularly buy electrical goods here, and I have only good things to say about them. The staff are friendly and welcoming, some of them outstanding in terms of service and product knowledge. They also have a great warranty tracking system that is completely digital. Even if you lose your receipt, they can check everything via their system using your details e.g your phone number. Even if you have multiple items. I am a very happy customer, and even if they are a bit far from me I still prefer to come all the way to buy from them.

Look for Yi Kai, good customer services and follow up on delivery.

A staff named Muzzaffa was very friendly to us. He give us the advice that we need when we are looking for bedframe which is very professional. His service is 5 star service!
