Excellent, Amazing, Knowledgeable & Patience customer service by Rina. Rina answered my enquiries as a first time mum from A to Z and even recommended me what is best/suitable for according to my needs. Not pushy and understand my budget too. Rina is an asset to BHS Company as she knows what is needed at the right price and the right things for a first time mum and newborn. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND new mothers to ask for Rina when visiting BHS. BHS has literally everything you need for mother & baby. 2 levels, and you will be spoilt for choices. Newborn supplies all the way to 10 yo ish items available. There are also product salesperson stationed around the shop if you need help with specific items such as milk powder/pampers/etc. The BEST PART is they even have a guy to show us demo on how to operate the cot/pram/etc. Joining as a member is only RM3, so i did that :) I bought all the complete necessities down to mittens & booties for RM3k only. Will definitely cross the border to get my supplies moving forward.

BHS deserve more than 5 stars. I would definitely give them 10/10!

Been a regular customer for the past six years. Good place to buy baby / toddler needs. Service is so-so, but I always come back here since everything is under one roof.

Diapers are cheap. But their product actual prices always different from the computer and they will not honour the lower prices as labeled. Will just sAy the staff forgot to update the prices. Encountered second time where label shows lower price but pay more at the counter.
