I bought most of my budget clothing from Brand Outlet. Suits my preferences more than the other mass clothing chains.

I like your shop

This outlet offers fashionable clothing for both young and old. Most of the apparel comes in "buy 2 for price of one" which looks affordable.

Me and my family has been shopping here for more than 5 years since the outlet has been open.

The only thing that is noticable is that no staff there greets or acknowledge their customers until you go to the counter to pay. Management has to look into this matter so that they do not loose out customers.

Myself and my son waited at least 15 minutes for a fitting room during our recent visit on 26 Nov 2021. Only 3 usable fitting room were available and that too were dusty. The rest of the room were used to store racks and stuffs for the store.

I bought my 2 pairs of jeans from this outlet 5 years ago and they are still durable. Most of the men items are offered at discount for bulk purchase such as 2 for RM100 for jeans, 2 for 89.90 for casual pants/bemuda and 3 for 50.00 for casual T-shirts. Passing by the outlet ( also part of Padini holding), I would definitely not give the discounted sales a miss. The staff service is good and pleasant too.

Just few good selection at a good price.

Staff were so busy chatting n never consider the customers
Nobody to help n not so good brands
Service is very bad not sure how the managers or the owner handle the staff .
Must require some training to the staff to handle customers.
I don’t even know there exist such brands..

As'salam...tadi pagi 20/02/2021 jam1 tengahari aku masuk brand outlet komtar jbcc..aku xpuas hati..aku masuk tidak Ada staff yg layan aku nk belik baju.. mengecewakan layanan mereka sebuk berborak...aku pusing carik baju 20minit kau buat Tak tahu sebuk sembang2 ea🤦aku harap menager bigbos bagi mereka sop yg btl cara layan customer..klau terus cm ni gulong tikar bisnes Bo's😊 aku terus kluar tidak jadi belik terima kasih
