There are many food shops here. The area is close to pharmacies, hardware shop, 7-11 and many more.

There aren't many shops you can find here and it looks like a low-key shopping place. But what I like about it is the food court. It offers quite a wide selection of menu and the prices are fairly reasonable.

Lavinia still the best place for ladies baju kurung.

Main thing it's have gov office like tnb passport jpn and immigration office and also can renew insurance.
Some more have clothes shop, food court and also have surau to pray for Muslim people.

This place is very nice.I was gone with my two friends and enjoy this time.We will go next time and enjoy this excellent moment time.

Best place to attend to your Goverment Requirements to the revelent Government Agencies in this building other than Shopping and Foods . Latest Visited on 20.01.2024 please be advised that parking on the entry entrance floor is always full and only viable is to the basement at the right hand end if upon entry but don't park during heavy rain as it is prone to basement sudden flooding with a foul smell.

Sadly the food court nowadays close early due of not many customers after 6pm.

Kotaraya is a small mall with coffee shops, boutiques, small minimart ànd others.

The place has a great potential but the management is lacking. The only reason people go to this place is UTC.

All government services under one roof. The staff were polite, efficient, and helpful. Waiting time was also kept to a minimum.

Visit UTC to do passport. Inside is so empty.... but can get within 30min.

saya suka tempat ni. segala amenities ada. if you're driving, you can either park inside the building or outside at the private parking space. the fee is almost the same for both parkings so better park inside so it's more comfortable. both parking uses Touch N Go or debit card auto debit.
