It's the last day of our 3F/2N stay at JB Hilton Double Tree. I took a morning walk around the hotel and spot this in-house cafe. I entered the place and browse around and decided to order the welcome cookies or biscuits that were offered to us during our check-in. I was delighted when l was told there's a discount for hotel card members. However, l have left my membership card in the room on the 23rd floor. Kudos to the service crew on duties. They were smart and kind enough to get my membership number details from the reception. I was pleased and ordered two tins instead of just one. Keep up the good work!

Glocal Helping Hands Christmas Charity 2022 dedicated for 80 underprivileged children from I Care Community was a success and heartwarming. This is thankfully because of our kind-hearted sponsors who has been supporting us for years bringing hope and compassion to those who needed it most. Very good service. Lovely staffs. Very very helpful aini, faezah and syamsyer. My kids wants to eat here daily because of ur friendly helpful staff. Kudos to Doubletree Hilton.

Wonderful food and service. Great coffee. Korean, Indian, Western, Chinese, local, ETC! Something for everyone. We'll come back tomorrow 🥰

Excellent cafe in the lobby of Double Tree Hilton. Kids play room in corner which is great. Nice mixture of Western and local light meals and snacks. We enjoyed coffees and the mango smoothy was really good. Our kids guzzled the warm chocolate cookies.

Great food but rude cashier. You don't use 'aku' when dealing with your customer. Please train your staff properly

Chicken was terrible, very disappointed that there is such bad quality food in a Hilton property
