INSTA Hotel

Room was spacious with bathtub for kids to play. Bed and pillow super comfy though the bed is a bit smaller than usual queen. Fast and friendly service. 10 min walk to JB CIQ and malls nearby via the bridge. 5 min walk to R&F mall. Burger stall and 24hr mart with lots of things. Limited parking.

Pros:
- Sheltered link bridge to CIQ (15min walk)
- 24Hr Convenience Store next door
- One overhead bridge away from R&F mall
- Smart TV, automatically connects to hotel wifi (you can youtube and Netflix using ur account)
- Well-functioning water shower/heater and hair dryer
- New, clean and stylish
(loved the wooden panel flooring)

Cons:
- No water kettle, hot water via hallway water dispenser
- slightly dim

I have always been staying here whenever I drop by JB for a break due to the walking distance from JB CIQ. The staff Priya is very friendly and efficient. Ideal choice to hire her..nice rain shower and clean rooms 😀

Don't let the exterior fool you. Once you step inside, a totally different feel. Love the industrial scandi design. Will stay there again. Totally like the quiter area here.

Great Place to stay if you intend on walking across the MY SG border. nice bee hoon complimentary breakfast with a good coffee. daily parking out the back for when you visit SG 12 ringgit per day. clean modern rooms with big windows. good shower. friendly people.

Very nice place, the hotel not too far from jb city square ( around 15min1 walk through overhead bridge)
The room look simple but is very comfortable, the hotel very clean. The only thing that doesn't good is the Wi-Fi not strong.
It also have a mini mart (wilmart 24 hours ) beside the hotel, u can just grab some snacks or drinks from there. ( late night can't find any restaurant nearby )

The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of Johor Bahru city! The breakfast is simple but nice, ambience is comfortable. Recommended for the short stay!

First of all, the malay staff is very helpful, he helped us alot so I'm giving 5 stars
Also, the location of the hotel is good, near to JB custom and near to JB sentral KTM station, which is easy for me to get into Singapore
However, my mum do conplain that the room is abit smoky and it is noisy(car sound) cause the hotel is facing the trafic and the bridge
