I went on Friday and it's open. Not crowded because we came in around 8am.
We were the first.
However there's only 1 female officer who attended our 2 heavy parcel professionally.

She said the male will be here in next couple hours.

Despite I am rating 5 stars, it is embarrassing to find MIA MALE!

Good services for foreigners. Everything under controlled by honorable police dept.
They r welcomed everyone very happily & helpfully. Also smoothly aligned all receivers very carefully. From my sense, wanna wish to suggested one things. That, when the foreign citizens are waiting longtime for received their passport, they are feeling thirsty too much. I suggests heartly to added a drinking vendor machine for thirsty all.
Also very Secured & well managed everything.
Take my Respect nd love for all of Employees & Serviced one.

Place is clean, very spacious and brightly lit. Every counter staff is quite occupied with all their works and with all sorts of customers, so a little bit of courteous from our side would be welcome here.

Parking space is ample. Only downside is that uncivilized customers take away all the pens designated at the writing desk.

I recommend this poslaju to everyone. The service is so slow more like pos siput. Sending my parcel to different poslaju in a merry go round, more like lazy to send the parcel so pass it to other poslaju. So evrybody i recommend their service. Love their service so much 🥳. Tq possiput for giving me a hard time.

For those with parcel detained by Customs, visit the customs office first before queuing at the pos Laju office.
1. Customs prepare quotation once item confirmed
2. Pay duty/tax at Poslaju counter
3. Collect item from custom office
Servoce by both customs office and POs laju was fast and efficient.

Its nice place. Good and friendly service. Security was helpful. Police was there. So it was protected place. They just need to provide paper and pen if we want to write something before concern to officials.

Recently get renovated better interioi but parking space still limited. The officer are ok and the service can be consider good also. Outside by roadside can park vehicle also because surrounding area is not so crowded.

The main hub for pos laju, where all the parcel will be collected here before to be delivered or distribute to others place. Fast counter services and excellent environment inside make you feel clam and comfortable while waiting.

Excellent counter service! But don’t expect them to pick up phone calls. So instead of wasting time calling them, please pay them a visit and they will entertain you better.

Cepat. Kaunter banyak. Friendly staff both men n women. Easy to buy poslaju product & ship item. There were not many parking space inside poslaju but most of the time i always got lucky to find one hot spot 😂... Just be patient ...if you need to round2 few time also can! just go for it😂...

Can delivery Motocycle to others state in Malaysia.

Good service. When I make shopping online in Shopee, I usually will use Pos Laju as delivery service because they usually have fast delivery.

This post office can post motorcycles, but u need pack it nicely la, if not, easy scratches la... I post my motorcycle from JB to KL, around rm199. Reasonable la... 😉

The staff is helpful.. tq.
