Second time my kitchen sink got blocked in less than six months. Kannan came on time and did a very professional job at a very reasonable price. The first plumber from another company was not good and was ill equipped.

I found this company via the Internet when I googled plumbing services near my home... It was the 1st company recommended by Google on top 6 plumbing services in Johor Bahru... When I called the number provided ( via WhatsApp), Mr Kannan answered and immediately responded and came to my place to do a quick check on the leakage problem. He knew exactly the problem...

The next day, he and his partner came and did the job in a very professional manner. He was not satisfied with the alignment of the supply piping as it was not in true vertical position... Thus even after the repair, he felt there would be a strain on the piping... He decided to come again (for 3rd time) to replace the joining with PloyAluminium piping which allows some degree of bending to accommodate the slanted supply piping... For all these extra efforts, there was no extra charges...
Also, the workman cleaned up my bathroom from all debris which I am very impressed...
Thus far after one week, he message me to follow up to check if there is anymore leakage... Truly professional in every aspect..

On Oct 2021 my water bill spike to rm300 for just a month.I was shocked as this is first time i am encountering this and called SAJ to Inquiry about this. The said if so then it should be a leak on your underground piping and need plumber service. This is how this plumbing service i get know. Immediately visited my residents and help to find the leakage and fix it. Service was good and good explained on the leakage before work starts. Highly recommended for johor area.
