Finally visited Ms Hong the pharmacist at this branch. During mco when I was stucked overseas, Im glad to have Ms Hong taking extra miles to courier some medication and medical appliances to my mom. As she was at her old age, we preferred her to minimize her outing. Ms Hong was kind enough to offer a helping hand. Being patient, friendly and professional, she offered us not only valuable medical advices but also great hospitality.

Went to this outlet to enquire some medicine. The fat lady pharmacist who attended to me is rude and unfriendly. I am a member of Caring Pharmacy and used to buy my medicine regularly. Will consider to buy from other pharmacy.

My daughter was purchase a lot of medicines for me here couple days ago. She already gave her caring member in advance before done the payment. She spends around 1500 RM. But a day after purchased she checked her member point and the points has not been input yet, even until now. She have tried to call the pharmacy many times, but no one answered. today we have to go back to our country so we can't go there to make a complain. What a dissapointed!

Damn rude your Indian staff!! With pink nails! From the start when we enquiry any voucher to deduct from my mom’s membership and she start to show attitude by her face and tone! After scanning and we start to calling our mom checking on the OTP sent to her phone she start to feel annoyed and all her actions was telling me she’s annoyed with us?? Come on there’s no one queuing at behind us why you act like so annoyed? She even bang her QR scanner!! We gave up on using our mom’s voucher and paid RM600+ for the total bills. I’m so angry until asking on her name but she didn’t want to tell. She told me she talk to me nicely at the first? Hello? If your behaviour is so polite how come I didn’t feel it? If you don’t have patience please do not work in retail you should sit inside office. Unreasonable

Horrible customer service, I just asked to confirm the shop name, was scolded by the cashier in melayu. Lucky I understand the language and told her off. A total unnecessary actions on the retail end. Hope the shop will educate their staff to be more professional.
