Enter with TnGO or IC. Big car park with cheap price, open 24 hours and all car is surveillance by CCTV. If the money in TnGo or Ic not enough, can top up at the lobby, Attrus Bed and Breakfast.

Abit pricey parking, but I guess it’s convenient & less than 5min walk from the Zenith Mall. Daily rate is RM20, & only accessible using TNG Card.

Rates are not inclusive of 6% SST, no wonder I was charged a weird amount after parking for 2h+.

Reasonable daily rate of RM8 per day. Lots of parking lots available on a Monday morning 7am. The whole place is pretty big, can possibly fit 30 cars. They have parking lots for motorcycles as well. Not well lighted and didn't see any security guards around. Hopefully it is secure.

Parking space is OK. If they have signboard where to walk up to main Street with be better (it will difficult for senior people to walk up the slope )

露天的car park.
如果要过新加坡，可以overnight park 在这里，然后走路大概10分钟多到KTM/Bus station (从后门走噢，可以穿越shopping mall,过天桥，通往KTM&bus station).

RM 20/day, haven’t plus 6% tax.
记得把TnG card冲值够够才进去，不然的话也可以从后门走路去附近的shell 油站(walking distance 5min) top-up TnG card.

Please note that the maximum daily rate has increased to RM20, as far as I'm aware. Otherwise, a decent spot for parking if going on a day trip to SG.

Attrus’ own staff will double parked and block your car if you leave it there overnight- something to be aware of and inform the concierge.

Since April 2022, they raised the pice to 20RM per day. This is too expensive, there is another car park for 10RM per day nearby.

Doesn’t mention the rate or updated rate at the entrance gate. Charge RM 20 per day. Very expensive.

Was fooled by the reviews on the internet about this parking space.
