Saw this place having pretty good reviews and not even 1 bad review, hence gave them a shot.

It was really really 10/10, clean room, good service, and the daily housekeeping just makes it feel so nice to come back after a long day.

Service is also amazing as I had some issues with slow flowing water in the basin and informed them before I headed out in the morning, which was later rectified by the time I came back. Would recommend anyone who wants a nice place to stay to come here. Might be slightly higher price than other budget places but it’s worth the extra comfort and cleanliness

Stayed one night to bunk over in JB, having booked a standard room (1 king sized bed with no windows) but was pleasantly surprised with the experience.

Don't let the hotel's two star rating and distance from the city centre fool you; friendly and helpful staff, well set up rooms.

I was worried about the reviews I have seen of other hotels of this price point, but all these complaints dissipated upon me entering the room; the cleanliness is impeccable, the room was no frills, no roaches, bedbugs or mould to worry about.

Most importantly, the soundproofing of the room was good enough for me to get a good night's sleep.

The shower was so relaxing and 'shiok' I got up early just to get a good shower. Water pressure is decent.

The power turns off quickly once u leave the room, if that is the only disadvantage, but the air con was powerful enough to cool the room quick.

Although this hotel does not offer breakfast, there's a very nice roti canai place round the corner which surprised me when I got my breakfast there. The chicken rendang curry will tentalise your taste buds.

The receptionist named Zila is extremely helpful and friendly. When I approached her due to my room’s air conditioner issue, she promptly addressed my concerns and attended to me immediately. Her quick response made me feel extremely comfortable and satisfied as a customer of this establishment. It made me feel welcomed and I would be more than glad to come back again! Would recommend this place to family and friends too 🤗

We had a nice rest at Solid Hotels, the room is pleasent and sufficient. The staff stood out as they were very helpful and friendly, thanks!

We booked Solid Hotel at the last minute at 9+pm and managed to secure a King sized room for S$33 through Agoda with the last min last room offer. The room was basic without window but comfortable, toiletries and bedroom slippers were provided. The TV offered many channels and we managed to catch World Cup live! Overall comfortable one night stay.

Big bro stayed at the Presidential Room at level 3 for two days, great place

It was quite satisfying to stay there. Staffs attitude is fine. Not a big hotel cleaned. Hot water. Amenity is okay.

Just location is not so convenient to go out.

Second time in this hotel. The room is small but cozy. If you book a room deluxe king much better than single one which has bad internet connection and no window. Staff are nice, I'll book again.

The best ever hotel in town. It has a quality of 4 Star hotels. In term of cleanliness, quality, staff services and the toiletries is just beyond my imagination because it's too much to expect from a room with a rate Rm80 below the shower and water pressure and astro TV channels I love it.. My experience👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾.

Newly build (please see the review date). Bed still smell new, nice room, friendly staff. Price is good. Just use oyo apps. Currently there is promotion using it. Nice and cheap.

Booked through Agoda at rm74 per night. Clean and modern furniture. Strong Wi-Fi , I was able to conduct an online meeting. Professional team of staff. Ample parking outside.

This hotel are clean and tidy. rooms are very comfortble, i was stay in a weeks. the staff also very freindly and polite. always smiles. thank you solid hotel.

Relatively new boutique hotel in an area that's still being developed, but that means it's quieter and all in the hotel is newer. Plot diagonally across the road is more established with plenty of food options. Stayed on the ground level, and water pressure and temperature is great. It's also the only boutique hotel in JB in my memory that has 2 lifts! Bed was very comfortable, and they provide 4 pillows by default for those who like to be sandwiched between pillow. While it looks like it's a distance from Permas Jaya, it's not that far if you drive. The presence of a security guard at night makes one feel more at ease. Will likely stay again the next time I'm exploring the east side of JB.

A spacious, very clean and comfortable room (for me). Very friendly staff. But, so sad not many kedai makan halal within surrounding hotel.

Comfortable bed & pillows, king size bed, room quite spacious, clean & near, keetle mugs coffee mineral water hair dryer provided, staffs friendly & polite, got lifts, easy & free parking, kiblat for prayers, worth paying ....thumbs uo

We even extended one more night there. That tells it all. A pleasant stay with a good price ☺
