Good location in a less noisy area with many eateries nearby. Within walking distance to shopping like JB City Square & Komtar JBCC.
Quiet room with window. Room has mini fridge, a safe, built-in wardrobe with lots of hangers. Bed comfortable. Wifi signal in room is good. Cleanliness good enough for me. Bathroom has partitioned shower area. Water pressure is good.
Friendly staff.

Rooms and toilets were clean upon check in. Daily rooms service done without failed
Receptionist on duty were friendly and helpful which impressed me.
Will sure to book again in future
Just a word of advice tourist should not walk alone along the alley to the hotel at night early morning

Great no frills hotel with very polite staff.
One of the best value hotel to stay at in JB , the place feels very clean and exceeds expectations.
Just 1min walk away to the popular fish head curry place and can walk to checkpoint too.

During peak period, I recommend going out to the main road to get to Grab transport if going elsewhere.

Convenient hotel with a lot of food stalls in the surrounding area. The staffs at the front desk are warm and helpful. The room size is okay for the price point. The bath room is large. We had minor issue with the toilet lid during our stay but was not a big deal.
The parking lot is somewhat limited.
The hotel is located right next to a kedai runcit that sells daily needs, over-the-counter medicine, snacks, drinks, and even bags of teh tarik for you to bring home. Do visit Pasar Karat nearby at night for a sight seeing and the foods.
A laundromat is also within a walking distance.
Overall, we had a pleasant two nights here.

The Belllo Hotel was a great stay. Nice clean rooms with clean comfortable beds and cold air con. Compact room size but it was all I needed to be comfortable. Brian at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you.

Seriously their beds and pillows are superb!!! Super comfy and the moment my body hit em i melt in comfort... If you want a worthy price with a 5 star hotel bed and pillow this hotel are it.... Their staffs are friendly too... Till nxt time

To visit to Singapore on day trips, this is the best hotel you can get! They have hot shower, and refrigerator! How cool 😎 is that?

Room is clean. Next to the hotel lobby, is a 24h mini mart. No worries for drinking water supply. Good food location if you like kopitiam food. We tried the zichai. Very Good. Must try the curry fish. Open at 8.30am. Close at 3pm. Really very Very delicious

Nice boutique local hotel. Comfortable and in good central location, with not much difficulty in north direction where you reach CitySquare mall, and toward southwest is the famous Jon Dhoby street, full of cafe, local eateries restaurant, and the after night Pasar bazar market. Simple meal can be easily settled in front of the hotel, with selection of chinese, Indian, satays varieties. Easy walk to CIQ custom. Hotel staffs are polite, helpful. Wonderful exchange with Bryan and Ms Dali. Overall experiences amazing and good stay, for those coming to JB for short trip stay or shopping.

1 tip to share - Spray toilet tiles with equal amt of Cloroc & water mix. No scrubbing needed. Leave it n tiles will turn white👌

Stay at Premier Queen room on 17.6.2023. Hotel is not easy to access with car due to small road access. Quite busy and not comfortable with surroundings. But I feel safe once I enter the hotel. I love the atmosphere of the hotel. Minimal but comfortable. Hotel staff also very helpful especially Bryan.

Had a Fantastic experience at Bello Hotel. Affordable hotel with beautiful and clean rooms. Service was also impeccable and the location is great (near checkpoint)

Apt location close to JB sentral checkpoint. Had a peaceful one night stay! Renovation noises start at 11am. Rest is okay! Can book!

Concierge Reception is professional and received us even we arrive at wee hours and helps us with smooth check in.
Its pin-pointed smack in the Centre of all the Famous Malls and Bazaar Streets. Opposite of Belllo are a string of Local Authentic Food that bring my Taste buds back to those Charcoal and Wok days where food fills my gastronomical desires at best.

Would definitely come back again for the Stay with my Family.

Stayed in the Belllo Hotel was an awesome experience. The room cleaned but the smoking smell still there but no worries. Managed to buy frebreźze at the 24hrs convenient store. Byran, The warmest smile receptionist was friendly and kind with a smile.. thank you Bryan for your extra mile service.. keep it up

Location near to Bazar karat..the roti canai there also nice near by to the hotel..indian restaurant roti canai curry with sambal really 👍 nice
