MIYABI HOTEL PERMAS

Near to Pasir Gudang, has fridge inside room. Fairly clean and standard. Interior decor for common area quite good.

The experience in this Miyabi hotel for 2nights was very nice :) All the staffs are very kind, especially the man who works from morning to afternoon gave me lots of helps. Also, the room is very clean and quiet to take a rest well. The price is very reasonable. I’d like to stay again next time. Thank you for helping me go to the airport by grab 🥰

It's an excellent place to have a stay over in JB. The rooms are clean, and there is plenty of local food all around.

The staff at the counter were very friendly and welcoming.

Room was clean and bed provided is comfort. Will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Johor.

Really clean and nice business hotel. I put up 2 nights here. Rooms were spacious and clean with bright enough lighting and a wide and deep table for work. I really recommend this hotel for business travellers in JB. There are plenty of food in the vicinity. Also a stone’s throw away from Senibong Cove. It is like the JB version of Desa Parkcity. Food and beer are great!

We booked the tatami house. It was really clean, simple yet elegant design. We didn't even asked for housekeeping to clean our room, they did it anyway(which was good). You have to pay your parking coupon. I think that is the only thing the owner can improve. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Tqqqq

Great hotel and value for money. Checking in/out is a breeze and the receptionist is friendly and helpful. New, comfortable and standardly clean, just bring your own toiletries. Also love the hotel design and of course the open rooftop terrace. Will definitely come back again!

Value for money. Stayed for one night during the September school holidays at the Executive King Room.
Basic amenities good for solo/ short stay.
Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Pillows were fluffy and heavy.
Money changer, food and supermarket nearby.
Has a lift, and rooftop access, which was ok.
Only thing was you can hear people talking outside the room.
And the opposite building people were also blasting music in their van at 10am which was fine.
Just stand by RM 50 for deposit.
Would stay again and recommend!

Very great stay. My kids loved it. Swimming pool n the view. N bed we couldn't get up for breakfast. Really fun.

I stayed in the family room. Nice hotel, clean rooms, spacious bathroom, cold and quiet aircon, mattress feels like new. Entire family agreed this hotel is fantastic and worth the price!

I really love the atmosphere and design. The hotel gives you a zen feel and most importantly the price is reasonable for Twin Room at S$40.

You can see the room is pretty spacious and clean.

A lovely small hotel with a Japanese theme. The lobby feels serene to me especially with its small waterfall fish pond. The room is clean and the facilities in it is well kept. The frontdesk is very polite and friendly too.

*Tips for smokers: They have a rooftop area with chairs and tables for you to chill while taking a puff.

You won't believe the price you're paying for such beautiful rooms and amazing location. Food all around, massage and hair salons at walking distances. Mall is nearby as well.

Unfortunately during our stay we had inconsiderate people smoking in their toilets causing our entire room to be filled with smoke. I guess that's not the fault of the hotel? But yes absolutely disgusting.

This is a muji style hotel. the room is clean and spacious. They got provide basic toiletries and hair dryer. Value for money and staff are friendly. Will come back again

Location is perfect as a lot of shop lot and near to AEON shopping complex. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious for the price.

Parking is not an issue. However, no parking voucher is provided and you have to pay on your own.

Overall good 😉. So satisfied. Cheap prices but Excellent service. I don't aware I left my 💍 at room..a kind staff saying that they found it. I'm so blessed to know this hotel. Will come again for the next vacation 😃

Japanese style boutique hotel with very zen vibes. Room was clean and spacious, and housekeeping was prompt. Surrounding the hotel are many restaurant/food options, some bars and a big Aeon for last minute shopping.

There are no on onsite parking, so if you drive, you would have to park along the streets. Just remember to pay for parking / use parking coupons cause the parking enforcement officers are active in the area 😂

Perfect stay from start to finish. The reception was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for myself and family. Room, bedding and bathroom are clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with all quality necessities. Lots of free parking behind the hotel. Great value, highly recommend and will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Receptionist and staffs are very friendly. Rooms are super clean. Easy and fast check in and checkout. They were also very helpful when we had to check in earlier than the actual check-in time.
