I had previously used a lawyer at SC Teh and Azura. She was good and after covid, I wrote to her and I did not get any reply, which was usual. I now found out she had left the firm.
No one at the firm contacted me or advise me of her replacement.
Very poor communication.

I would like to shared my experience here with you about me changed of ownership of my unit where i contacted a lawyer named Kelly since September and follow-up with her in October and she did not acknowledge nor follow-up for me at all until i just called tonight and she done nothing prior today and she did not admit her fault where she neglected her client request and threaten me that she is the only lawyer here in the firm. I was a Malaysia before November and i recently converted to SGP. She is very unapologetic irresponsible and unprofessional. She also refused to pass my call to her superior and even provided me her name. She has delayed the whole process and wasting my time to keep reminding and following up with her. She has no integrity with her work. I am super disappointed that i engaged with her since the get-go. Please avoid this law firm if possible!!
