1) The system is easy to register and taking queue numbers. Making payment is through qr code to take queue numbers. If I can make payment at the system using a debit card even better.
2) Canteen is clean and the food is not bad. The price is not that expensive.
3) First time seeing Dr Wong from ENT and find him experience and good.

24.01.2024 gave birth at regency hospital by Dr Yee Yoke Hong. I would like to express my gratitude to her and the nurses who attends to my needs and care for my feelings. They knew some procedures will be painful they keep apologies to me and asked if I am painful and do it slowly. Since it is my first baby I didn’t know what will happen and didn’t know what to do the nurse keep reassuring me that I am doing very well. Doctor Yee also keep checking on my conditions to see if the baby is ready to come out. She also managed to avoid major tearing so my recovery time will be faster. After birth the nurses and doctor also do came and check on me occasionally even help me to apply ointment on time. For those ready mom I really recommend Dr Yee as your gynae as every visits she will not rush the process, she answered all my questions patiently. Kudos to the medical team who take care of me and my baby during the admission as well. Please keep up the good work. Although not all nurses are friendly but 80% of the nurses I met are friendly. Hope they can maintain their customer service attitude.

My daughter admitted here for 3 days due to infected by Influenza A. What I can share my experience here is the hospitality and provided amenities is quite good compare to other private hospital. Toilet is big and clean. Food offered for kids is average and still can be improve on the taste. The only unpleasent thing I'm experienced is noise that came from construction work as they extended another facility. Thanks to Doctor Lim Han Nee and nurse who provided a good service to my daughter during recovery period.

Always come here to follow up my pregnancy under dr Badrul and yearly checkup at health screening centre.. their service is very good and excellent. I never regret coming here because the doctors are very professional eventho sometimes need to wait for long queue..

Service good and front is so fast .. but the weekend is so busy and the parking is full, hope can be ok after this.. overall is ok

I am very impressed with the professionalism of all doctors, nurses and International Customer Service. I was assisted by Miss Lilian Wong and Celine from International Customer Service department. Miss Lilian Wong and Celine were very attentive and assisted us to meet the doctors appointment. Miss Wong even arrange for airport pick up and drop off. If you are International Patient, make sure you call Miss Wong to make the itinerary and all doctors appointments. Thank you Miss Lilian Wong and Celine for all your help.

Had a very good experience from the first time i came to Regency 7 years ago till now! Came to Gleaneagles to check my sister, was referred to one of the specialist Dr Lim Huay Cheen in Regency Hospital. My sister was a cancer patient at stage 3. He immediately arrange for operation the next day. Operation was a successful one n he became our doctor from that day till now. Eventhough my sister has a relapse of cancer a few years later and treat it at KL where she lives, she still consulted with Dr Lim and Dr Lim never failed to advise him again and again till now.

From there on, I always have my yearly check ups at Regency. Whoever has serious health issue, I would also recommend them to go to Regency, instead of other private hospitals which already disappoint me again and again before when i brought my sister for checkups. They gave wrong diagnosis and wrong treatment!!

I would strongly suggest anyone with serious health condition to go here. I live in Taman Suria and it’s quite far from here to Pasir Gudang. But i dont mind the daily travel just to get the best consultation and medicine from the best hospital in JB. Congrats Regency Team, you never disappoint me and family!

This hospital has been improving their services and environment. Customer service staffs are very friendly. I feel very comfortable seeing the newly renovated lobby. Food served in their cafeteria are delicious! Recently, specialist clinics and doctors have been added, which makes me feel very convenient! I highly recommend it!
