Had an extremely bad customer experience with them. Always over promise but under deliver. Ordered the furniture and the quality is inconsistent however they changed it after complaining. The staff would never apologise for their mistake the office staff would blame the factory staff and the finger pointing keeps going on without resolving customer issue. Tried to request for my invoice receipt after my purchase and they send it to a wrong address which I have duly clarified 4 times. When I request for them to send me by email which would be quicker they replied that they needed a week to be able to send out an invoice. After a week called the office again told me max 2 days they would send it. This is week 2, after 14 days still haven't receive any receipt or invoice and calls to the office isn't answered. This company is supposedly quite big and reputable so I wonder whats up with the management. 🤷🏻‍♂🤷🏻‍♂🤷🏻‍♂🤷🏻‍♂
