One of the best hospital I've ever been in. Customers service staff are friendly and helpful, EMERGENCY staff are so good, didn't wait long to attend and escalate it, warded for two days, all the nurse in the ward are too friendly and helpful. Doctors are also great. Can say everyone in the hospital are good, even the housekeeping/public area team area good, well manner. Keep up the good quality,service and hospitality.
By the way the hospital food are delicious and delight.
If need to go again for sure i will chose Gleneagles Hospital. Thank you for giving me a wonderful experience

This is my first experience admitted in hospital and this hospital has given a great experienced ever !! From registration to admission to specialist everything was great and smooth. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The food was delicious as i'm able to choose from the menu. Keep it up the good quality, services and hospitality. Top notch hospitality. All the services were great from the registration to admission to specialist. Very helpful and friendly especially to my daughter. This is my 3rd times here as a caretaker for my daughter. Definitely would recommend this hospital. They even have smart tv in the room, so the kids can watch youtube during free time

A very good hospitality management here, the staff here a so polite to my grandmother. I bought her over for her check up and everyone here was really nice, warm and friendly too. Also, it's very convenient for parking and lift excess for the senior. And well done on the cleanliness. I heard the food are great too for the patient here. Thank you and keep up an amazing job

From emergency to admission, everything was great. Doctors and nurses are very friendly. This is my first time coming to this hospital. I would definitely recommend this hospital. Their private single rooms even come with a flat screen TV with Astro channels, Coway water dispenser, mini fridge, wardrobe, safe, sofa.

Thank you to Dr. Syed Alwi for addressing my varicose vein issues. There are many friendly nurses here, and if I remember correctly, one named Muhammad Aliuddin warmly welcomed us. These factors have left me with a profound positive impression of this hospital.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

03. Wonderful experience with Dr. Goh Chuan Yong was a wonderful paed, and the nurses was always helpful and kind. They ensured my daughter had a smooth treatment, and follow-up. i have the best 6 days 5 nights stay at the Gleneagles Medini. thank you for all the nurses from ward 4A and the one who take care of me who's staying at 414A. i give you guys 100/10 for the service and everything. and also for the nurses and doctors at the emergency department who patiently take care of me. thank you soo much to Dr Sarmad for treating my tonsillitis until theres no infection. i cant wait to see you guys again for my tonsillectomy hehe. also big thank you for Sis Faizatul for guiding me throughout my staying here. thank you guys soo much. its my first time being warded in 24 years and you guys just make it better.

I have never visited a better hospital in my life other than this 1 so far. I visited this hospital a few weeks ago with my untie, and the nurses and staff were really kind. The patient room is beautifully decorate and super clean. Being there is really comfortable for us. Overall its excellent and super duper great.

This is my 2nd visit for myself as I was admitted for chest pain. Attended by Dr Kam, he is very kind and excellent in explaining to me regarding my condition and that make me feel relieved. For me it's the best experience ever here. Starting from the parking lot, you don't have to worry if you need to go to emergency department, the shuttle service make a round every 15 minutes. All staffs at the hotel-like lobby are very generous with welcoming gestures. The room very comfortable, feel like hotel ambients. Overall, excellent in terms of facility and staffs. Very much recommended - 10/10!

First time I checked in myself here, i didn't have to wait that long for my number queue. Just shortly after i met my doctor 👍🏻👍🏻 staff at the registration counter was so polite, and nice.. nurses were more than helpful, i had a really great experience that day, im happy to continue and have my next check up here, easy access and lots of parking available every time i parked here 👍🏻👍🏻thanks for your assistance and patience 🙏🏻

After suffering from intermittent urticaria for many years, going all around the country to get diagnosed, finally took a chance by going to Dr Foo the (dermatologist). It started with a detailed and professional consultation and followed with flawless admission support by the team. And Dr Foo, with her expertise diagnosed me effortlessly and now I am back to my normal life within 3 days time. Feeling thankful and appreciative! Highly recommended.
