JEN Johor Puteri Harbour by Shangri-La

Overall a pleasant experience. Room was clean, there's a bathtub, water heater and pressure was good. Convenient as there's a food stall beside hotel and a mini market opposite it. Not much to do in the area. Best suited for someone who wants a break from the city and also you definitely need to have your own vehicle.

Great team to look after you on a lovely harbour setting. Rooms are clean and neat. Even comfortably able to fit a family of four in standard rooms. On their most busiest weekend, team still ensure they had a smile on their faces and served us well. Plenty of lively dinning options on the promenade facing the harbour. We will be back soon!

One of the beautiful hotel I have ever visited. A beautiful building that catches your eye as soon as you enter. This hotel was great in every way. The accommodation was immaculate and very comfortable and the service was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

This place always holds a special place in my heart. I proposed to my wife (then girlfriend) when we were here three (3) years ago.

The staffs are very friendly, helpful and cooperative. The location is very strategic and easy to locate. Very clean and tidy room, great presentation and display as well. The surroundings are very calm and peaceful, definitely a good place to stay and relax.

My wife and I still come here on occasion to enjoy its beauty. Easily one of the best hotels in Johor for sure. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My sister and I really enjoyed staying at the Jen Hotel Puteri Harbour in Malaysia. The facilities were lovely and the staff was attentive. It is true what they say, if you have a great vacation experience the area will always be home to you.

Rooms are big and clean. Housekeeping did a great job each day. The pool is not big but is a very nice place to relax and take a dip and enjoy the view. Buffet breakfast has a great spread with multiple live stations. Unfortunately no yoghurt or cheese in the spread. The Harbour area is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay here!

Service team and security are doing great. The rest needs to improve a lot more especially their breakfast. Surrounding not much things to do, most of the shops are closed too. A great alternative hotel to stay near to legoland.

Easy to drive to and free parking. Choose the room that can view the harbour. No regrets. Buffet spread is ok but best to come by 8am before the families come.

The price and the value is super worth it.
Far away from the city center but if your business is nearby this area.

Recommend to stay here.
A few good local food around the corner and groceries just opposite of the hotel.

Hi There! We stayed for a gd 4 days and 3 nights, and the service staffs were really helpful, friendly and efficient. Food was really good, from the Sky Bar, Harbour Cafe and that Dim Sum place (though that Dim Sum place had a much slower service). Breakfast spread at Harbour Cafe were plentiful compared to the one at the Club Lounge. Bed were comfy and room were clean too. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay!

Overall experience is fantastic. Cleanliness is 4⭐ out of 5⭐. Breakfast 3.5⭐out of 5⭐. Friendly 5⭐. However, the room we stay close to the roadside it's quite noisy at night and midnight.

The rooms were spacious n clean. The hotel receptionist, Alicia was very polite n helpful. Love the service in Harbour Cafe for our morning buffet breakfast especially Shirleen, the manager who gave such excellent service, catering to everyone's needs. Thumbs up for Jen Hotel.

The breakfast is great! The staff is very helpful. The room itself is very cozy and worth every penny. The staff also offer me a baby cott for free for my baby. Though the swimming pool is not very large, it is very beautiful and you can spend your evening by the pool (there are some tables and chair for those who want to relax by the pool and enjoy the view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this hotel, which is very near the causeway. I booked a premier room and got one with a queen and a super single bed in the room - very comfortable for us! We were recommended to upgrade to their club lounge access and I must say it was really value for money. The service of the staff at every area is excellent. The view at rooftop is great. My husband and daughter enjoyed several games of table tennis too. I would be most happy to stay here again in the future 😊

JEN Johor Puteri Harbour now called Trinidad Suites Johor. Very nice, peaceful location. Lovely view of harbour.

Stay was great! thank you for the birthday decorations and cake. really appreciate the special touch. It would be good if bed didn't have wheels as it was a little shaky and unstable. infinity pool was great, service at rooftop dining was good. breakfast buffet was awesome. will come back.. check in time could be earlier and check out could be later... thanks

Room was great. Service was food. After covid, there is some life around the hotel though many stores are still closed. Only issue is the carpark.
1) it floods so walk with care
2) entry into carpark is 90 degrees so drive slowly
3) will be good if hotel looks into the lift programming such that it's easier to go to the carpark rather than pressing the lift buttons to send the other lifts to another floor.

Lovely hotel! We had to stay here one night because there no electricity in our apartment. We checked in late in the day. The check-in process was smooth. They arranged a sofa bed for our daughter. The staff was already waiting by the door with the additional bedding by the time we got there. Room was clean and modern. I loved the rainfall shower, a very refreshing experience indeed. I would love to stay here again under better circumstances.

Thank you for all the arrangements despite my last minute request. Special thanks to the reservation team for the prompt follow up and the ops team who executed the setup beautifully. The only pity was there are no more buffet available at the Harbour Cafe. We remembered we used to dine there and the food and ambience were great. Hope the management can bring back for at least during the weekend like Friday and Sat. Other than that, thank you once again for great job! We definitely come back. Very clean and wonderful place to stay. The free facilities provided was very usefull. Huge and nice room with beautiful view from your room.
