Mr John is so kind and patient. He explains very well and able to give proper suggestion in order to meet my family needs.

He's one of the ethical pharmacists that focusing on adding value to the customers. I'm from KL and I still purposely order things from him (in JB) regularly despite there are plenty of pharmacies nearby my place!

Thank you, Beyond Pharmacy for helping me to decide on the model of Rollator for my dad. The staffs were very helpful. One of the staffs, Mona, took picture of a few models and advised on the wheels and hand grip. She even called me. On another ocassion, another staff, Alin was helping me. She was also very helpful. All my questions were answered. 😊
