Went to buy toothpaste, comparing the prices elsewhere too, here got the lowest price. Do your research if you got time. The gentleman at cashier was eager to assist and quickly help with my items.

I would like to commend Nurul Aqilah for the excellent service that she rendered when I was purchasing vitamins. Particularly, Aqilah kindly shared her analysis of omega 3 fish oil’s that were available at the store and could recommend the type that suited what I was looking for!

had a very arrogant and condescending middle aged Chinese male pharmacist - i think his name was Alvin/Allen Goh. i came in to purchase Sunolut, and when i asked if it was sold, he proceeded to say “Yes?” in a condescending and mocking tone. didn’t bother explaining the medication properly, and simply talked down to my friend and i.

definitely avoid this pharmacy if you can - there’s a caring pharmacy outlet just across from it, you’re likely to get a better experience there. hope the pharmacist at Big will learn to be a kinder and less condescending person to people with innocent questions.
