Kempas Medical Centre

Went here at 4.45am after all other hospitals not available. Very smooth process in ER and registration (perhaps because no other people) but the staff's service was friendly and helpful (compared to two other hosp i went earlier where everyone was sleepy at this hour). We still need to wait for abt 1 hr for the RTK antigen's result for my son n me before we can be admitted to ward. The Doc, Dr Ho - the general surgeons specialist came to my son quite fast and give immediate check up and suggestion. Overall it was a good experience with this hospital. I pray that we are all stay healthy,so we don't have to go hospital, but if i really need a treatment I don't mind come to this hospital again. Thanks to all nurses and doc!

Satisfied with the service here. My aunty under consultant Dr Chia and Dr Too. Both Dr are nice and provide very details explanation. Every procedures including registration, enter the ward, billing, pharmacy is efficiency than I thought.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. TEO BIN HOO were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. TEO BIN HOO really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. One of coolest doctors I see. I really need thanks staff nurses Siti fathima as well , one of excellent nurses.

I admitted to hospital for 9 days due to herpes zoster (shingles) at eyes area. Really thanks to Dr. Yang and Prof Dr. Choo for their professionalism and cares. Nurses are also friendly and helpful.

Thank you Dr Kevin and the nurses. Went there urgent due to contractions and Dr Kevin did a quick and professional decision to do C-sec for me. The operation was fast, only took around 20-30mins. The whole team is caring which really ease my nervousness. Now my baby is doing well and healthy.

My friend admitted here and he is very satisfied with the service. The procedure from emergency room to admitted went well. The rate for admission per night is affordable. We use medical insurance for payment and have not encounter no problem, the explanation from the front office also very clear. Nurses and doctor very professional. Overall : Satisfied.

Wonderful experience in Kempas Medical Centre! I just done my endoscopy last week. My consultant doctor was a wonderful surgeon. He even let my husband to be inside the endoscopy room and explained to him clearly about my condition. The endoscopy staff was very cheerful helpful and kind. They talked to me about how the procedure done and help me ease my nervousness. Thank you endoscopy nurse! I am so glad I chose this hospital and would highly recommend to anyone 🫶🏼

Thankful for Dr Ho and Team for their meticulous care, both were experienced and patient. Every tests were done professionally and efficiently. Really thankful for saving my grandmother from suffering intestine rupture for pass 2 years. The staffs were all helpful and friendly . Thank you for all the reviews on google.

Our 5 years of not having a baby ended once we met Dr. Kevin. Our journey was smooth and fast. Once you follow his step by step instructions, your baby dream will come a step closer to reality as those steps are taken. Please be ready as this journey must not have any u-turns if you want to stay true to your baby making journey. If you are looking for a solid team to conceive a baby, Dr. Kevin Lawson is the doctor to go to, he will provide parents with the right instructions and excellent advises. His support team to get us ready into labor room was also star-studded, Elizabeth, Sheila and Pearly reminded me of the Holy Trinity, to say he and his team are good is an understatement, they are the best in Johor. Priceless moment included me cutting the umbilical cord while being reminded to recite Bismillah by Dr. Kevin. Amazing journey, thank you Dr. Kevin Lawson. Alhamdulillah.

I would highly recommend this hospital as they have beautiful room decorations and most importantly, patient doctors. Quiet atmosphere in the hospital, of course, same as other hospitals. They have furnished patient room with a small refrigerator which really provides convenience. Overall, in my opinion, definitely a great hospital to visit, of course, when you or family have sickness.

Dr.hoca ,did a great job with my first ever health exam. he explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff especially endoscopy and ward 6 department was great – they were helpful, patient and caring

I brought my kids to see Dr Adlena a few times. She is a good doctor, soft-spoken and child friendly. Her charges are also affordable.
