My first time here. Recommended by a friend. Usually I'm afraid of doctors and treatments. But here, I felt very comfortable throughout the process. The nurses and Dr Elisha were professional and very kind at the same time. Will definitely return for my next session. Recommended dental clinic. Kudos to the whole team 👍👍👍

amazing experience! doctor is very knowledgeable and me being a science person just had to ask Abt everything and he patiently answered all my queries. the outcome of my whitening and scaling polishing + middle upper tooth filling was really excellent too. nothing to pick on at all !

It was my first time visiting them. Dr Elisha was very gentle and patient. I did scalping, filling and whitening. Im usually afraid of the pain ,bleeding and discomfort but i didnt experience this, only slight discomfort at sensitive areas.

To my surprise it was good. I will recommend my mum too. I like the professionalism of Dr Elisha, he pre empts me beforehand of the steps.

The receptionist Shaby was very patient and explained the charges and details clearly too. Overall, its pleasant and affordable!

I went for a wisdom tooth extraction and was attended to by Dr Arun. He was calm and professional throughout the process, with clear explanations on the procedure. The receptionist Ms Shaby and all dental assistants were very friendly as well, which helps calm any nerves and makes the overall atmosphere quite relaxed. Their prices are standard for private dentists and their location is just a short walk from city square, which is great for anyone coming from SG. The waiting area is a little dim and bare but overall a very pleasant experience.

Dr. Arun is professional and explaining the process when doing scaling and whiting and Ms. Shaby is nice and explaining every info to me before I decide to do scaling and whiting here. Have a good experience here.

But a gentle reminder, not sure whether receptionist forgot to explain to me that will be a extra RM40 charge for first timer or what. Should inform early to customer that will be a additional charge for first timer. So that when pay the fee will not feel shock on the bill.

Yes indeed the treatments here are reasonable n affordable compared to other dental clinics in JB. I would certainly recommend this clinic to my friends n family.
