Nice and clean, made an appointment and was attended to on time. Saw that they put a sign, if u donate rm$1 to charity they will give you a bottle of mini mouth wash, shows that the doc and clinic has very kind practices.

Worst management, called for appointment done by phone but went over they says no appointment record found, staff confused on works, appointed specific doctor but they assigned another one, everything a mess, only one good thing was Dr Koh Peh Foong is a very good professional, caring, kind and helpful doctor.

The doctor are super super late for Dr.Sundram.U need to wait at least 1 an hour even got appointment.

efficiency of the workers there are so slow, had to wait 1 hour just to talk to the doctor which i eventually gave up waiting. never once i don't have to wait just to pay the bill or just to book an appointment. don't ever visit this place unless you're ready to wait hours to get something done.

malay staff was busy with her phone. she is rude and lazy to do her work! plus dr came in like a young graduate.. not kid friendly at ALL!!!! don't visit here., like a haunted clinic!! no aircond no paintings... kids will run away seeing! and adults too!!!

1. Attending person didn't seem experienced or confident enough to do a molar extraction. Told to come back another day for extraction.
2. Poor information given to patient during during appointment taking, resulting in time wastage.
3. Overall - poor service.
4. Yea place is clean - kudos to cleaners.
